Welcome to this short meditation practice for confidence.

This is your time to turn inward,

To quiet the noise around you,

And reconnect with the truth of who you are.

Find a comfortable position where your body can be completely at ease,

Whether that's sitting upright with your spine tall or lying down with your arms resting gently by your sides.

Allow your eyes to close softly and take a slow,

Deep breath in through the nose and let it go gently through the mouth.

Let this be a space where you don't have to try,

Where there is nothing to prove.

You are simply here,

In this moment,

Allowing yourself to receive.

My name is Lauren and I will be guiding you through this practice.

We'll begin with box breathing to calm the mind and open the body to receive the beautiful energy of confidence that you are cultivating today.

You will inhale for 4 counts,

Hold for 4,

Exhale for 4,

And hold for 4 again.

When you're ready,

Let's begin.

Continue this rhythm on your own for 3 more cycles,

Feeling your body soften with each breath.

With each breath,

Your mind is becoming quiet,

Your heart is opening and your energy is becoming more and more steady.

As you finish,

You are now ready to remember the truth of who you are.

I'm going to say a series of affirmations,

You can repeat them silently in your mind as I speak them,

Allow the words to feel true for you in this moment.

Let's begin.

I trust myself completely.

I believe in my abilities and my ideas.

My voice matters and I speak with clarity.

I am enough exactly as I am.

Breathe these in and let them settle within you.

I am proud of who I'm becoming.

I radiate confidence and inner knowing.

I am capable of handling anything that comes my way.

I choose to stand tall and own my worth.

My energy draws in respect and opportunities.

I let go of doubt and I trust in myself.

I am worthy of being seen and heard.

I show up authentically in all experiences.

Begin to feel these as truth.

Every day my confidence grows stronger.

I take up space with comfort and ease.

I believe in my success and my future.

I carry myself with grace and strength.

I choose to see myself as powerful.

I trust my path and the timing of my life.

I am resilient and I rise above challenges.

I love and accept myself fully and completely.

Feel these affirmations in your heart and in your body.

They are not just words,

They are your truth.

And now you choose to believe them.

If you ever need to remember your strength,

You can return to this meditation at any time.

With every listen,

These truths will root deeper within you.

Take a final deep breath in,

Inhaling confidence,

And exhale any remaining doubt.

Slowly open your eyes and choose to carry this feeling of trust and strength with you into the rest of your day.
