Notice the area of your body that touches the soles of your feet, Loosening the shoulders, The now to your spine, Noticing its full length. Imagine that your spine is like a tree. From its base, Roots start to sprout. Visualize them growing down to the center, Breaking through the topsoil and growing down further still into lava. Anchor yourself into the sun. Visualize that you are drawing up golden lava, The topsoil full of this syrupy warm. Now, Notice the top of your spine. There, Branches sprout, Growing up to the stars, Up through the atmosphere, And in space, See your branches unfurl, Presenting them to the stars. See the stars glowing bright with silver light. Breathing in, The silver energy goes down into the earth, Connected to these two powerful forces. Visualize that a golden egg of energy starts to build itself around the base of your body. Simultaneously, A silver egg of protection sprouts from the top of your head. Notice that you can rest here, Within the protection of this silvery golden egg.
