Thank you, Anne🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻for this wonderful practice. I enjoyed the face massage at the start. I realized I was not particularly wild about the music, and it was total bliss of stillness when it stopped🙏🏻🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🙏🏻

Not a long intro, incorporated somatic and visualization, well paced and different body scan. Loved it!!

Body + short breath awareness + ocean visualization. Nice voice. Good idea to start with a face massage, then quickly on to the practice. A bit disturbing when the music stopped during the visualization.
