Feel the earth's support underneath us.
Go ahead and imagine,
From the base of your spine,
Roots growing deep down into the earth.
See them grow deep,
Deep.
They go layer after layer,
Deep into the earth's center.
As these roots are growing wide,
Even wider,
See them reach a huge boulder or anchor point.
See them wrap around so sturdy,
Deep in the earth,
And feel that pull,
Feel that connection.
Feel in your body that deep connection,
The holding,
Earth holding your body.
Now,
Imagine your feet,
The bottom of your feet,
Opening like flower petals.
Let's also send down some roots from our feet.
They can join that grounding,
That deep grounding.
On your next inhale,
Imagine earth energy coming up through the bottom of your feet,
Up your legs,
Up to about your belly button.
And when you exhale,
You can release anything that doesn't belong here,
Other people's energy,
Clear out anything that's ready to go.
Inhale,
Pull in earth energy,
Exhale,
Release.
Inhale,
Pull up earth energy,
Exhale,
Release.
Inhale,
Pull in earth energy,
Exhale,
Release.
Continue on for a few more cycles,
Whatever breath feels natural and right for you.
Keep pulling up this earth energy.

And with each exhale,
You're sinking deeper and deeper,
Being held.

Inhale earth energy up through your feet,
Up through your legs,
Up into your belly.
And exhale,
Release.

Feel into your body and notice what it feels like.
To be grounded and supported by the earth and to have this fresh earth energy in your system.

Let's put a sun at the top of your head and call back all your life force from other people,
From conversations,
Even from loved ones.
We're calling back all your life force.
See it gather in a big sun at the top of your head.
You might see it as a certain color.
Whatever feels right in this moment.
Feel your spirit and all your life force coming back.
Gathering,
Gathering at the top of your head.
Now we're going to go ahead and bring it down slowly through your center line.
Comes down through the top of your head.
Through your forehead,
Let it come back into your throat.
Feel your life force coming back down through your heart,
Down to your belly button,
Down to the base of your spine.
Feel it returning down your legs,
Through your knees,
Down your lower legs,
And down your feet and into your grounding.
See it fill these roots with your life force.
Below your feet in your grounding.
Keep calling it back and feeling it flow down.
Start again at the top of your head and see this big sun of your life force come back down again slowly.
Your forehead,
Your neck,
Your heart center,
Your belly,
Down to your root,
Your upper legs,
Your knees,
Your lower legs,
And through your feet down to fill up your grounding.
You can imagine yourself in a big bubble and see it fill,
Fill,
Fill with this fresh life force,
Your soul's energy,
Feel it above your head,
All sides around you,
Even below your feet.
Feel into your body.
Notice any subtle sensations.
