Soul Recharge

The visualization​ is designed to not only clear your energy field but also to recharge you so you can feel your full power. You'll be reminded of your soul's purpose, and how to connect to that while you are having this human experience. The link between the two is infinite and this visualization teaches you how to harness the energy of both your human body and your soul. Once you understand your full power & potential you can create anything you desire.

Transcript

Find a comfortable position,

Whether you're sitting down or laying down,

And allow your breath just to be steady and easy.

Inhale through the nose.

Let your belly rise.

And exhale.

Let your belly fall.

Inhale again,

Allowing your belly to rise.

And exhale.

One more breath in.

Deep inhale as your belly rises.

And allow your belly to fall as you exhale fully.

If you haven't closed your eyes already,

You may do so now.

And just get a feel,

Almost as though your eyes are turned just a little bit up inside your eyelids.

Get a feel for how it feels to be on the inside of your body.

As you get acclimated,

I'd like you to think about your tailbone.

And there,

At the base of your tailbone,

I'd like you to visualize a round white light about the diameter of a garden hose.

Sitting there at the base of your tailbone,

I'd like you to imagine now that you start to breathe this light up your spine.

Getting up slow and steady,

Up the spine,

Past your belly button,

Up to your chest now.

Getting close to your neck and throat as it reaches up,

Up into your head.

Through your head all the way to the top of the crown of your head.

It's this beautiful light about the diameter of a garden hose from the base of your tailbone all the way up to the top of your head.

Feels so good.

But it doesn't feel like that light wants to stop there.

Just imagine that the light now comes out of the top of your head into the sky above you.

It's as though it's being pulled up,

Up into the sky.

It's like there's a string pulling you up,

Up to this place where your soul lives.

Where you can reconnect and plug in.

It feels like home.

Slowly and gently just allow that light to head all the way up into the sky to the stars.

Yes,

There you go.

And now that you're plugged into this magical place,

You realize that the light that you've started with from the base of your spine is just a fraction of your entire light being.

And once you're plugged in,

You realize that you can ask for this light,

Your light,

To come back down to you.

To embrace you.

To fill you.

To guide you.

To brighten you and to love you.

Now I'd like you to imagine from this beautiful,

Wholesome,

Bright place in the sky that that light starts to come down towards you.

It's like a gentle waterfall,

But solid,

Bright white light coming down from the sky into your scalp to the crown of your head.

Reconnecting you right into that third eye,

Allowing you to have clarity in your vision and your future and your purpose.

Flowing down your face to your mouth and to your throat,

To your voice so you can speak your truth.

That light flows to your chest now so you can love big.

Down to your torso and it wraps all around your shoulders,

Your chest,

Your back,

Your stomach and hips.

It gently flows down each one of your arms all the way to your fingertips.

You are filling up with this beautiful light.

Now you can feel it starting to go down each one of your legs,

Your knees,

Your shins,

Your calves,

Ankles,

All the way down to the tips of your toes.

It is incredible.

Your whole body is lit up with this white light and it is anchored to the sky,

To your soul.

But you realize that you don't want to stop there and you allow this beautiful light energy to go through the bottoms of your feet and into the earth below you.

Visualize it.

Feel it.

Visualize that light going through to the core of the earth,

The dirt of the land,

The rock,

The crystals,

All the way to the center of Mother Earth.

The planet that gives you opportunity,

Gives you grace,

Gives you food and nourishment and water.

And there you are perfectly balanced between the core of the earth and that light,

That star in the sky.

You are anchored from the sky to the core and you feel very,

Very strong.

All of a sudden you realize that you are more than just your physical being,

But you celebrate your physical being by being anchored to the earth.

It's incredible how the earth always knows and wants to nourish us and you feel that energy coming back from the center of the core all the way through the layers of Mother Earth into the bottoms of your feet.

You can feel it.

It's strong energy.

It's into your ankles,

Your shins,

Your knees,

Your thighs,

Your hips,

Right back into that tailbone,

The energy of this beautiful earth.

And now it's going to move up your body,

Filling your lower back,

Your abdomen,

Your chest,

Upper back,

Your shoulders,

When it flows down each one of your arms right to your fingertips.

The earth's energy moves all the way up through your head to the top of your crown,

All the way up into the sky,

Reconnecting you with your soul's energy.

It's almost like this is a perfect figure eight.

You can imagine it,

The symbol of infinity.

Your light circles from the sky to your body,

To the earth,

And back up again in a continuous cycle.

Now you can feel your power,

Your soul is recharged.

And what you realize in this space is that you have plenty of light,

Plenty of opportunity,

And plenty of love.

I'd like you to visualize now that your light being starts to grow sideways and around you,

Almost as though there are five or maybe even 10 feet of light surrounding you.

It's like you are a light sphere.

And as you visualize yourself as this big,

Beautiful circle of light,

I'd like you to imagine inviting people you care about in your life into this space.

You can picture them one at a time and allow them to come into the light.

You can support them with your light,

Light up the dark places,

Maybe in their lives with your bright,

Beautiful light.

While you bring them into your light,

Thank them,

Talk to them,

Love them.

They can feel you.

I'll give you a few moments here to let them in.

What you realize in this moment is how blessed you are to be loved and to be able to give love.

It is again infinity,

Giving and receiving always tied together,

Always an equal balance.

Now I'd like you to imagine your light expanding even bigger.

Picture yourself in the room that you're in right now and imagine that whole room beginning to light up.

Or at the center of it and continue to allow your light to grow even bigger.

Now brightening up every space in your home,

One room at a time.

Just imagine it.

The light grows and grows and grows.

Then all of a sudden the whole entire place where you live starts to light up like a star.

You realize in this moment that your home is protected just as your body is protected.

You are safe.

It's safe.

It's peaceful.

It's blessed.

It's full of light and love.

Now imagine extending that light maybe to the other places you visit in your day.

Maybe your work,

Your grocery store,

Your community,

Your neighborhood,

Everywhere.

Imagine that that light grows and covers your whole entire city.

But you are a being of the greatest light and you realize that this light is infinite.

Your light is infinite.

You think to yourself,

I can grow beyond this city.

I can spread light everywhere,

Even across the country.

It's almost as though you imagine your bright light is like a bright star that just keeps growing.

It's so bright that it can wrap around the whole entire earth.

The whole earth is now lit up with your beautiful,

Warm,

Kind light.

You are like a star.

Just like the sun.

Because you are that powerful,

Your energy is infinite.

You have the ability to create light,

To create joy,

To create peace,

Prosperity,

And most importantly to create love.

All you have to do is let yourself see and feel your light.

Take a few moments now and just imagine that you are there,

Balanced perfectly between the sky and the earth,

In perfect harmony.

You're bright like a star and you feel at home.

Allow yourself in this space to bring in anything into your light that you're dreaming of,

Wishing for or maybe need help with.

Bring in full and complete healing,

Strength,

Balance,

Validation,

Prosperity,

Creativity.

Bring in conversation.

Bring in opportunity.

Dream here because you are you and you can make it real.

Take a moment now and visualize your most wonderful dreams now while you are here in your big,

Big light.

Take a moment now to scan your entire body to make sure it's filled with light,

With prosperity,

With acceptance,

With love.

Listen to your body's messages.

Know that you are this light being,

Having this human experience.

And you can always,

Always,

Always plug in,

Connect,

Recharge whenever you like.

You can do it at any time.

This power belongs to you.

Whenever you need,

You can come back to this place of light because it's already within you.

If you're listening at a time when you can drift off to sleep,

Allow yourself to simply and smoothly fall into a deep,

Healing sleep,

Knowing that when you wake up in the morning,

You will feel recharged and reconnected with your powerful,

Light being.

If you're listening at a time when you need to wake,

Allow yourself to gently open your eyes a little and close them a little.
