Brown Noise for a deeper sleep. The deep, rumbling sound encourages relaxation and can lower anxiety levels, allowing the body to enter a restful state more easily. The first 25 minutes you can relax to piano music and then slowly drift off as the noise continues. I recommend a low volume. The original piano track is called "Drift Into Sleep With Grand Piano" I would really appreciate feedback to know how this works for you! Do you wish for some changes in the track? More or less piano for example? A longer or shorter track? I the noise-level good compared to the piano? I will read and respond to all comments!
