Sleep Frequency For Deep Sleep
by Rafael Arce
The lamp is still on and the sheers are holding the last of the outside. That is the room this is for. Press play at bedtime and let a warm sleep frequency fill the space while you settle under the covers. Half an hour of a steady, close tone, just enough sound to keep the bedroom from going hollow. When you want to come back to it, the same lamp-and-window hour is waiting. Keep it for ordinary nights when you are already in bed, and send it to the person who sleeps better with a low tone in the room.
