This meditation is using toning to align the entire chakra system.
So the energetic body that's connected to our physical body.
We're going to work through some of the primary chakras along the body using different tones.
So the first one you're going to visualize at the very base of the pelvic floor.
And for this particular chakra we're going to use the word Lumb.
Lumb.
And we're going to move up between the pelvic floor and the navel.
And we're going to say the word Vum.
Vum.
Then we'll move up to the navel center,
The lower abdomen.
We'll say the word Rum.
Rum.
We'll move up towards the heart center.
And at the heart we'll say the word Yum.
Yum.
Then we'll move up to the throat and the jaw.
And we'll say the word Hum.
Hum.
And then moving into our third eye,
The top of the forehead.
We'll say the word Om.
Om.
And then we'll visualize the space in our crown chakra,
The space above the head,
Outside the body.
And we will just practice silence.
We'll repeat those tones several times,
Imagining that there is a beautiful vibrating light traveling through each area of the body as we move through it.
If this is your first time doing this practice,
Don't worry if you forget some of the words.
Just continue to listen,
Continue to practice the best you can.
And eventually it will become second nature to you.
So finding a comfortable position,
Gently close those eyes.
Take a deep breath in.
And on the exhale,
Just relaxing,
Letting everything go.
Knowing that you are safe here in this moment.
You are connected.
Good.
Taking another deep breath in.
And exhaling completely.
Good.
Taking one more deep breath in.
And we'll begin on the exhale.
LAM VAM RAM YAM HAM OM LAM VAM RAM YAM HAM OM LAM VAM RAM YAM HAM OM LAM VAM RAM YAM HAM OM LAM VAM RAM YAM HAM OM LAM VAM RAM YAM HAM OM LAM VAM RAM YAM HAM OM LAM VAM RAM YAM HAM OM LAM VAM RAM YAM HAM OM OM OM OM Just allowing that energy to move throughout the body.
Staying here to sense the vibrations.
Relaxing the body.
Allowing this state of relaxation to really sink in.
And if you wish,
Perhaps practicing another round.
Or just allowing yourself to sit in silence a little bit longer.
Thank you.
