Find a comfortable and relaxed position,

Whether this be sitting or lying down.

Gently close your eyes.

Bringing your awareness into your breath,

Taking a nice deep breath in and exhaling completely.

Good.

Doing that a few times,

Just appreciating and noticing your breath.

Thinking about how each breath is a new gift,

A gift of life and of opportunity.

With each exhale,

Allowing the body to relax a little further.

Focusing only on the sensation of each inhale and each exhale.

Allowing yourself to feel completely relaxed,

Completely focused on this moment.

As you relax here,

You're going to hear me repeat a few phrases.

After each phrase,

I'd like to repeat those words in your own mind over and over again,

Letting the vibration of those words really sink into the body,

The mind and the soul.

Taking a nice deep breath in and exhaling completely.

May I be happy.

May I be healthy.

May I be free.

May I be happy.

May I be healthy.

May I be free.

Continue to repeat those phrases,

Feeling each vibration of each word,

Knowing that each phrase is true.

May I be happy.

May I be healthy.

May I be free.

Gently letting those words drift away.

Starting to bring to your mind someone who you love very deeply.

Someone who makes you smile.

Someone who makes you feel love and joy and happiness in your heart.

Seeing in your mind's eyes so clearly that you can almost smell their own unique scent.

Seeing their face standing before you.

Take a moment to send them a little bit of love right now.

Repeating the following phrases directly to this individual,

Knowing that they can travel across time and space.

May you be happy.

May you be healthy.

May you be free.

May you be happy.

May you be healthy.

May you be free.

Imagining the vibration of those words traveling like a light towards the other person.

Connecting with their heart and soul.

Sending them a little bit of your love and thanks and gratitude for all that they bring into your life.

May you be happy.

May you be healthy.

May you be free.

Perhaps embracing that person in a warm hug and then letting their image drift away,

Coming back to your breath for a moment.

Inhaling slowly and exhaling completely.

And gently bringing to your mind's eye someone who you know needs a little bit of extra love or care in their life right now.

It may be a family member or a friend or perhaps someone that you don't even know that well but you know needs a little extra light.

Bringing that person into your mind's eye.

Seeing that individual so clearly right now.

And sharing with them a little bit of extra love and light.

Letting them know may you be happy.

May you be healthy.

May you be free.

May you be happy.

May you be healthy.

May you be free.

Seeing that you are wrapping this individual in a warm healing light.

Letting those words connect directly with where that individual needs it the most right now.

May you be happy.

May you be healthy.

May you be free.

And then gently letting the image of that person drift away.

Taking a nice deep breath in and exhaling fully.

Noticing the rhythm of your heart once again.

Bringing back to a clear easy breath.

When you're ready perhaps bringing the image of your immediate family to your mind.

Bringing all those individuals into your mind's eye.

Maybe even embracing them in a hug.

Thinking of each individual member on their own.

And thinking of your family as a whole.

May we be happy.

May we be healthy.

May we be free.

May we be happy.

May we be healthy.

May we be free.

Allowing the energy of those words to surround your entire family.

Filling you with love and support both for one another and between one another.

Knowing that you have the power to support each other through all obstacles,

All challenges,

And to celebrate all joys and successes.

May we be happy.

May we be healthy.

May we be free.

And embracing your family in one more warm hug and on the exhale letting them go.

Letting their image drift away as you come back to a soft gentle breath.

Breathing slowly and exhaling completely.

Feeling the rhythm of your heart once again,

The sensation of the blood flowing through the body,

The breath flowing through the lungs.

Knowing it is a gift to be alive today.

You are doing well and you are doing exactly what you need to right now.

Knowing the following words to penetrate as deep as they can.

I am happy.

I am healthy.

I am free.

I am happy.

I am healthy.

I am free.

Knowing those words to continue to move through the mind with each inhale and exhale.

Staying here as long as it feels right for you.

Knowing there is no time limit to send yourself a little bit of love and kindness.

Repeating as long as it is working.

I am happy.

I am healthy.

I am free.
