Welcome to the guided Third Eye Activation Meditation.
The so-called Third Eye is located in the center of the forehead,
Right between the eyebrows.
The power of this center lies in the ability of intuition to allow the state of openness,
Perception and spiritual connection and communication.
When you activate and balance your third eye by meditating on it and concentrating your focus on this energy center,
You experience clarity of thought and a deeper connection to your sixth sense.
You become effortlessly intuitive and can shift your consciousness,
Your frequency into a higher state.
And higher state promises more rewards from the universe,
So let's begin.
You may close your beautiful eyes at any time.
Let's begin by settling into this practice.
Notice how aligned your body is now.
Relax your chest and let the breath pass through you easily.
Notice your face.
Relax your face.
Visualize your inhales to be relaxing and healing.
Watch your thoughts passing slowly.
Your mind is becoming engaged in the present moment.
Now become aware of your third eye area,
Right in between your eyebrows.
You can vividly visualize a spinning orb in the middle of your forehead.
It is small right now,
Maybe the size of a marble,
But its color is lush purple and it is as bright as a star.
Your forehead may begin to tingle,
This is very natural.
See or feel the bright purple light illuminating in the center of your head at this very moment.
It's amazing how easily this experience is coming to you.
See the third eye,
Purple light,
Growing bigger and stronger within you.
Each time you exhale,
Imagine the orb spinning slightly faster.
Now take a really deep and powerful breath in and as you do,
See this light growing so bright that it radiates out so far and it encompasses your entire body.
As you exhale,
The orb is accelerating in speed,
Spinning with such force and ease.
Breathe in one more time,
Feeling your breath powering this chakra.
Exhale and see your out-breath spinning the orb of purple light faster than anything you have ever seen in motion.
It's spinning so quickly and shining so brightly now.
It seems that the whole world can feel and visualize the energy that you are creating.
Just be with this energy now and enjoy it in all its beauty.
As you continue to simmer in this luminous energy,
Feel the warmth from the purple light as it gently pulsates within your third eye.
