Source Energy.
By connecting and aligning to this divine treasure of consciousness and harnessing its power,

We can experience miracles and live in ways that surpasses our wildest dreams.

Find a quiet space where you can sit or lay down comfortably.
Allow yourself to settle into your chosen,
Relaxed position and have your palms facing up.
Gently close your beautiful eyes and bring your attention inward.
Begin your experience by noticing your inner world,
Your breath.
Notice that gentle rise and fall of your chest.
Let your breath flow naturally and effortlessly,
Without trying to change it in any way.
Simply watch your body be still and breathe.
As you continue this stilling experience,
Feel the sensation of your skin wrapped all over your body.
Feel the air barely touching the outside of your skin,
Bringing that sense of relaxation and peace.
You hold a unique gift of imagination and I would like to invite you to use it for your next creation here.
Picture in a near distance a speck of light appearing right in front of you.
As you observe this curious and bright speck of light,
Ask your mind to create a calming scenario.
This light is made up of various colors.
Curiously notice these colors and check in with your body to find out what color you crave the most right now.
As your body is breathing by itself and you feel relaxed,
Deeper into this curious experience,
Begin to notice that the light is now slowly making its way towards you.
Feel that with each inhale and exhale,
The light is getting bigger and brighter,
Creating a warm and loving energy.
This is the light of our loving Source Energy.
Observe the light and how with every breath,
The light is illuminating the way all around.
Now watch the light getting so close and it is taking up all of the space in front of you.
Feel the intensity of this bright,
Healing and invigorating energy.
It is full of positive frequency just for you,
Readying itself to be invited in.
With each breath,
Allow this light to enter,
To expand and fill every cell of your body,
Filling you with a deep sense of peace and tranquility.
The feelings that this light holds are the feelings of enormous love and tender care.
Feel this.
Taking a moment here to observe and to take in the quiet magic alone with the light.
Feel yourself to be completely embraced by the presence of this magical light.
Now curiously investigate what other qualities and feelings does the light hold towards you?
Does it also have the energy of kindness,
Appreciation,
Clarity,
Confidence?
Take your time,
Tune into these qualities and listen closely to what the light is communicating to you.
As you continue to connect with the source energy,
Start seeing something moving in amongst the bright rays of light.
It is moving left and right,
Right and left,
Up and down,
Shifting and flying in harmony and there comes out a beautiful butterfly within the luminous glow of the light,
Playfully flapping its wings,
Fluttering gracefully and flying towards you.
Its delicate wings shimmered with vibrant blues,
Tranquil greens,
Gentle pinks and yellow colors,
Creating patterns of light and shadow.
With each graceful flutter,
This beautiful butterfly paints the air with its own colors,
Casting a soft glow that fills the space around you with a sense of beauty and wonder.
As the butterfly makes its way closer,
Notice it flying just in front of your third eye,
A space in between your eyebrows.
It's like the butterfly is showing you the butterfly effect,
Reminding you of the connection of all things and the impact of your thoughts,
Words and actions.
See the butterfly hover in the air,
Feel the wings flapping and creating a gentle tingle just outside of your third eye,
Awakening your inner vision,
Inner sense and inner peace.
Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment,
Feeling the divine essence of yourself and the infinite possibilities that lie before you.
The gentle touch of its wings is awakening your spirit and recharging you.
Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,
Feel a sense of peace wash over you.
Know that now you are deeply connected to the Source energy and that this connection will guide and support you in all aspects of your life.
Feel the gentle,
Soothing bliss as your third eye awakens.
Now,
Place your inner focus on the palms of your hands.
Tune into your palms.
Begin to feel the same gentle tingle and a very subtle energy moving inside of your palms.
This is your energy,
Your essence and the eternal part of you,
Your vibration that's connected to the Source energy.
Feel your essence,
Extend this feeling to its fullest.
Let it fill you with vitality and connection.
This is your direct link to the divine essence within.
As you gently breathe,
Let this energy expand,
Reaching every corner of you.
Feel as if it's refreshing you,
Revitalizing your spirit.
With each breath,
Reconnect to your true self.
Remember who you are at your core,
Filled with love and light.
Allow this connection to Source energy to recharge you completely.
Feel yourself becoming aligned and whole.
Beautiful.
Now,
Gather up all of your energy.
Feel your energy within you and around you.
Just feel that for a moment.
Take a gentle breath in and out.
Now,
Bring some of your energy into a focal point in front of you.
And begin to bridge your energy with the energy of Source standing before you.
Feel the connection strengthening with each breath as you merge with Source energy.
Allow yourself to be enveloped in the warmth and love of this connection.
Feel the two energies merging.
And carefully feel the Source energy slowly and lovingly again seeping into your being.
Watch the different colors merge.
See the dance of energy happening within you and outside of you.
As you immerse yourself in this divine union,
Feel all the qualities you could find within the light now to come into you,
Infusing every part of your being.
Become and enjoy being one with the Source energy.
Embrace the warmth,
The love,
The wisdom and the peace that it brings.
You are light and you are divine.
You are now one with Source energy,
A beacon of light.
Feel the power and the beauty of this connection.
Use this charge of energy for the rest of your day.
Notice how it will transform all that you do.
It will change how you think.
It will change what you say.
What action you will take and people will notice the sparkle that you carry.
Share this divine sparkle with everyone through your smile,
Through your actions and your words.
Hold on to this divine sparkle and let it be infused within you,
Knowing that you are connected to the eternal essence of your being.
Know that you are always supported and guided by the Source energy.
Feel yourself recharged and deeply relaxed and refreshed.
