Welcome to your guided meditation.

In this meditation we will go on a mesmerizing journey together,

Where you will connect to your higher self,

That inner flame which glows bright and resides within your beautiful being.

It is the truest,

Most authentic version of ourselves,

Our inner wisdom,

Intuition and connection to the divine power.

The higher self is a source of unconditional love,

Wisdom and guidance that is always available to us,

If we are willing to listen.

By cultivating a deeper connection with our higher self,

We can live more authentically,

Intentionally,

With purpose and in harmony with ourselves and the world around us.

We will explore your divine connection to the most powerful spiritual essence,

The creator,

The divine energy itself.

This connection is like a fountain of youth and infinite abundance,

The source of peace and contentment.

We can find anything we need within it and it does reside within.

There is so much benefit to connect with it daily,

So let's begin.

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or laying down,

Where you can relax and focus on the journey ahead.

Take a deep breath in,

Exhaling any tension or holding from your body.

Any spiritual path,

Any deeper connection for us humans begins within the body.

Let's begin by tuning into our physical sensations.

Bring your awareness to your body.

Notice the points of contact between your body and the surface beneath you.

Feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest.

With each breath,

Invite your body to relax and soften with each exhale.

This is a safe space and you can fully relax,

Let go.

Feel the release begin to happen.

Feel the tension melting away,

Leaving you feeling grounded and present in this beautiful moment.

Now let's move on to the next stage,

The connection to the sacred flame within you,

Your higher self.

Pay attention to your heart centre and begin to visualise this warm and gentle flame at the centre of your being,

Right in the core of your being.

Beautiful flame,

Feel it and see it.

This flame represents your higher self,

Your inner divine essence,

The source of your wisdom,

Strength and love.

Take a moment to observe this sacred flame.

Notice its size,

Its colour and how it flickers and dances with breath,

The heartbeat and life.

Now visualise that within your physical body,

There is also a spiritual body living within.

Perhaps it has a more lucid outline,

With soft or vibrant colours depending on your energy and emotional state right now.

Notice it.

Tune into your body of spirit and feel how within this spiritual body you hold that sacred inner flame.

A flame that burns pure energy of love and positivity,

Energy that is directly connected to the divine.

With each moment that you spend feeling into your flame,

See it getting brighter and more vibrant,

Expanding across your entire being with its warm,

Radiant light,

Encompassing you in the energy of love and the divine positivity.

Everything else simply gets transmuted and healed by your inner flame.

You are always connected to it and it is the core of who you are,

The spark of divinity within.

Now use your unique gift of creation and begin to visualise yourself standing at the foot of a precious crystal stairway.

See the stairway being translucent,

Shimmering with mystical glow,

Stretching up into the heavens,

Before you embark on this journey up the stairway,

I invite you to visualise holding a sacred object in your hands.

This object is something deeply meaningful to you,

A symbol of your connection to the divine.

This object could be anything that holds significance for you.

It could be a crystal,

A piece of jewellery,

A feather,

A symbol or even an imaginary object that represents your spiritual journey.

As you hold this sacred object in your hands,

Feel its energy pulsating and intensifying with each passing moment.

It becomes warm to the touch,

Almost as if it's alive in your palms.

Watch how the object begins to glow with a soft,

Radiant light.

Casting an ethereal glow around you.

Magical orbs of light begin to form around the object.

Swirling and dancing in the mesmerising patterns.

These orbs represent the divine energy that is always present,

Always guiding and protecting you on your journey.

Feel the connection to the universe growing stronger,

With each step you take on the stairway,

The colours shift and change,

Reflecting the shifts in your emotional body.

As you release any fears or doubts,
