By tuning into this guided meditation,

You are calling in the Archangel Michael,

The Angel of Divine Truth,

Archangel of the Sun,

Protector and Guardian.

When called upon,

Archangel Michael will come to you to clear confusion,

To cut any cords connecting you to people,

Things and places that are detrimental.

He will cancel any emotional contracts made through words and promises and delete any future manifestation which you want to avoid.

All will be done with love and the blessings from the highest for the betterment of you and others.

Archangel Michael will give you the protection,

Safety and truth that you need to know at this time.

He really will,

Either during this meditation or in the days to come.

Archangel Michael will take away anything that is unhealthy and may be unseen by the naked eye and unrealized by the mind,

Yet it may play a part in the draining of your precious energy.

Archangel Michael will set everything in place as it should be.

He will bring you newfound peace and inner freedom,

Love and positivity,

Self-trust and fresh confidence in yourself and in the world around you.

Before we begin,

I want to say,

For you to really know,

You are powerful.

Your words and thoughts are of the same energy,

Energy that creates worlds.

Gently close those beautiful and loving eyes.

Begin to feel a familiar pull.

A pull that's inviting you to move inward,

Into your inner world.

The world that truly only you fully know.

Your sanctuary.

Your home.

Arriving behind the closed eyelids,

Where you might feel coziness,

See lights,

And feel the quiet space where your consciousness dwells.

Through the familiar space within,

Begin to see a speck of white light ahead.

Feel yourself move towards it.

The light begins to grow bigger and brighter.

This is the light of the sun.

The light of divine truth.

The light of Archangel Michael,

Who is moving towards you,

Surrounded by relaxing blue glow.

See many soft blue orbs to begin to surround you now,

In this divine connection between you and the angel of the divine truth and power.

The energy in your body begins to rise a little.

The very surface of your skin begins to tingle from the electricity felt in the air.

Breathe relaxed and be open in this space.

Notice your spiritual connection flowing through your breath towards the archangel.

Mindfully,

With your acute awareness,

Connect to the endless flow of your breath.

Your breath is your lifeline,

Your ability to sense.

Encourage the breath and the ability to sense to connect and to flow freely and abundantly.

Feel yourself connecting with your inner self deeper and the wider aspects of the universal consciousness.

Connect to the lightness and wisdom of your spirit.

Connect to the universe within you.

Connect to the space extending beyond you.

Realize and feel that your spirit and the consciousness of the universe is present within you and present in the space that surrounds you.

Breathing in serenity as you inhale and connect to your inner spirit in its truest form.

Your exhales release you and give you ease.

Feel the release of any doubt or tension.

A release of holding on too tightly.

A release from any uncertainty.
