Take note of any impressions or messages you receive who might ask.
Have any of my boundaries been compromised?
By a person,
Circumstance,
Outside force.
Or by myself.
Or do I have an unmet need?
Just notice if you want to judge.
Defend against or attack what arises.
If anything arises.
Now.
Observe the form again.
And notice if there is any change.
In its appearance.
In its energy.
There's no need to change it or fix it Just to breathe and observe Just for now and allow yourself to rely on.
Know that this form at its core is not the problem.
But rather old programming,
Fixed patterns,
Habits or believe.
That can be released.
All thou actions.
Effort and logic are essential parts of addressing change and transformation.
Much may be accomplished or attained through non-doing.
Through being.
Through presence.
This stillness.
Presence and awareness.
Can take us into the depths of ourselves.
Connect us to our wisdom.
And our higher self.
It is this journey within to the stillness.
To the void.
Where we can.
Find new meaning.
New purpose and an entirely new perspective.
