Welcome to our bedtime meditation.
Today I want to share with you a calming and relaxing guided imagery.
Using the soothing energy of the moon.
This meditation will help you to unwind,
Let go,
And prepare for a peaceful sleep.
Let's begin.
Finding a comfortable position.
And when you're ready,
Closing the eyes.
Begin to notice a breath.
Notice every inhale.
In every exhale.
Allowing the breath.
To slow down.
I'm taking a moment here to set a personal intention for this meditation.
So remembering what brought you here.
To this meditation.
And welcoming the feeling of that intention into your heart.
And into your body.
And allowing yourself to open up to receive exactly what you need in this moment.
Continuing to feel the breath.
Healing the body.
Releasing into the surface that is beneath you.
So feeling the parts of the body that are in contact with the surface that is beneath you.
And beginning to let go.
And now beginning to imagine.
Just calming.
Pulling Gentle silver light.
The energy of the moon.
Beginning to pour down through the crown of your head.
Pouring down into the brain.
And into the nervous system.
Calming the mind.
Beginning to activate the relaxation response.
Visualize this calming silver light.
Expanding through all of the nerve endings.
And expanding into your whole body.
Hopping to.
.
.
Relax every part of the body.
Releasing all tensions.
Feeling this calming,
Soothing light.
Moving into the eyes.
Moving into the face.
Allowing the entire face to relax.
Loosen the jaw.
Gently moving into the neck.
Into the base of the skull.
And then moving down into the shoulders.
Down into the chest and the upper back.
Feeling this.
Calming silver light.
Moving into the entire chest.
Softening the heart.
And then feel this light beginning to expand.
Into the arms.
Hands and fingers.
Letting go of all tensions.
Releasing any gripping.
Letting all the muscles relax and let go.
And then feeling this calming,
Soothing light.
Moving down into the back body.
Moving into the spine.
Releasing the entire spine.
From the top.
All the way to the bottom.
Vertebrae by vertebrae bringing this cooling lunar energy into the entire spine.
Relaxing all the back muscles.
Feel this cooling energy moving down into the sacrum bone.
Into the tailbone.
Surrounding you.
And feeling this energy expanding Moving into the belly.
Gently soothing the belly.
Holding down the body.
Really using any excess of heat.
Gently soothing all the internal organs.
And feeling this light continuing to move down into the hips.
Down into the legs.
Gently soothing the joints.
Down into the feet.
And then feeling that silver light continuing to expand through your whole body.
And expanding beyond the body,
All around the body.
You can begin to feel as if you were inside.
The moon.
Calming.
Soothing.
Moon energy.
Feeling the breath,
Bringing this silver light.
Deep.
Into all of the cells.
Deep into the mind.
Deep into the emotions.
Getting to.

Shine this light into the mind.
Into the emotions.
Clearing any negative thoughts.
And helping you to feel and release.
Emotions.
And transforming them.
Into positive energy.
Transforming them into emotional resilience.
Keep welcoming this silver light.
Allowing the physical body.
To receive this soothing light.
Gently restoring the entire body.
Feeling this light continuing to move through the mind.
Allowing the mind to open.
To clear.
Clear any negativity.
Calming and clearing the mind.
I'm continuing to shine this light.
Into the emotional body.
Releasing any constriction.
And just letting yourself to.

Move back into balance.
Game.
Waves of relaxation moving through your whole body.
And imagining the silver light moving deeper and deeper through all of the layers of your being going into your energy.
Moving into all of the different energy centers.
Energy channels.
Clearing,
Balancing all of your energy.
Visualize yourself vibrating this calming silver light.
Feeling the breath.
Helping you to relax more and more.
Helping you to let go more and more.
Relax completely.
Relax completely.
Allow yourself to continue to open up,
To receive.
Opening up to receive exactly what you need the most.
And let's just stay here in silence for just a moment.
Behind the silver light.
Continue to expand into your entire space.
Into your bed,
Into your room.
Into your life.
Peaceful energy.
Calm,
Clear mind.
And just allow yourself to continue to drift.
Drift into this.
Feel of calm,
Relaxing energy.
Letting go completely.
Feeling the energy of the moon just gently shining upon you.
Gently shining upon you.
And then letting yourself continue to drift.
Drifting to deep sleep.
Draft into the most beautiful dream.
Drifting.
Visualizing your whole body.
Rejuvenating.
Visualizing yourself waking up with this energy.
Calm,
Energized,
Peaceful.
Clear light.
Just completely letting go.
And now in the silver moonlight.
Continue to shine upon you through the whole night.
Creating a feel of positive energy.
