This practice is designed to help you wind down and prepare for a deep,
Restful sleep.
I will be guiding you into an energy healing imagery and visualization.
To release any stress or tension from the day and shift into a calm positive state of mind.
Let's begin!
Finding a comfortable position.
Taking a moment to arrive into this.
Time and space.
And when you're ready,
You can place one hand on your chest,
One hand on your belly.
Gently closing the eyes and begin by noticing the breath.
Notice every inhale.
In every exhale.
Begin to notice how you're feeling.
And creating space for your human experience Take a moment here to set an intention for this evening.
Set an intention for your sleep Then begin to allow the body to relax.
Allow the body to let go.
And beginning to.

Imagine.
This warm,
Golden light.
Warm golden light on the top of your head welcoming the universal healing energy into your body.
Welcoming this unlimited source of healing to pour over you.
And simply allowing yourself to receive imagining this warm golden light Gently pouring down through the entire head.
Gently softening the eyes Softening the face releasing all tensions and worries Allowing the entire head to relax.
The back of the head.
The neck,
The shoulders.
Feeling this warm golden light pouring down into your heart into the entire chest and upper back.
Down into the arms hands and fingers and feeling this warm golden light moving down into the belly into the lower back.
Noticing your breath Imagine as if you were breathing in this healing energy.
Allowing this healing energy to move deep into the brain into the nervous system calming the mind Feel the entire back of the body relaxing.
Releasing all tensions Relaxing down into the hips and the buttocks down into the sacrum and tailbone and down into the legs feet and toes.
Imagining this warm golden light moving into the source of the feed and into the entire body.
Feeling this healing energy.
Moving through you and around you.
Penetrating deeply into all the cells of the body.
Penetrating deeply into the mind to the emotions.
And feeling the golden light expanding beyond the body all around you.
Around the head.
Around the neck and the shoulders.
Around the arms between the fingers.
Expanding into the front and back of the body expanding into the entire torso,
All around the torso around the hips.
Healing this.
Warm glowing reddy ends moving.
Beyond the legs.
All around the legs Inside,
Outside between the toes.
Feeling your body becoming lighter and lighter Letting go completely feeling this healing energy penetrating deeply into the body mind,
And spirit.
Beginning to visualize yourself as an image Reflected in a mirror Visualizing yourself completely relaxed Completely immersed.
And this golden.

Healing energy Feel this healing energy expanding.
Into your entire bed.
And into your entire room.
Creating this feel of positive energy.
Healing energy.
Notice your breath inhaling and exhaling And feeling the breath bringing this energy deeper.
Into the cells allowing your entire nervous system to regulate to return to a state of calm calm,
Clear mind calm clear mind Calm,
Clear mind.
Allowing yourself to receive Any guidance?
On yourself to enter into a state of gratitude welcoming feeling of gratitude into your heart Feeling the vibration of the breath at your heart center.
Bringing the awareness to Anything that I feel difficult at this time.
Any challenges?
Or perhaps anything that you're working towards.
Or anything that might be pressing for you at this time.
Feels unsettling.
Beginning to visualize yourself.
Visualize yourself overcoming that challenge moving from a state of constriction into a state of openness to a state of receiving Receiving a solution Receiving an idea receiving a miracle and visualizing yourself moving forward into a state of peace to a state of completion into a state of gratitude into a state of clarity feeling your body moving into rest deep breaths in your mind.
Moving into a state of deep rest deep peace.
And allow yourself to just drift drifting to sleep Drift into a deep sleep.
Restful sleep Letting go completely Allow yourself to have the most beautiful dreams most beautiful insights from your soul,
From the universe allowing your sleep to help you to regenerate and renew.
To the knee.
Heal at all levels.
Moving from the night to the day.
Feeling refreshed.
Energize.
Rest it.
Happy.
Healing your mind.
Shifting into a state of receiving a state of openness.
So now in this evening wind down ritual.
Ripple.
Into your evening,
Into your sleep.
And into your day.
Into your life.
Visualizing yourself moving through your day in the state of being.
The state of health,
Well-being Drifting,
Drifting into sleep Continuing to feel that warmth golden healing energy moving through you and around you moving deep into all the cells and deep into all the layers of your being Relaxing completely.
Deeply.
Letting go.
Letting go completely.
