Another doorway in for how we can work with ourselves is if you can remember your first strongest memory,
Because that is like often a snapshot of what you're dealing with.
And maybe your first strongest memory is a really happy,
Loving one.
That'd be fantastic.
But if it's not,
You can work with it.
So my first memory was going to,
I was with my parents that were looking for a new house and we're going through these houses and I got lost in one and I got lost somewhere on the fourth floor of this house and was absolutely terrified.
I was about two or something,
Absolutely terrified that I was being abandoned and I was in this place,
What just seemed huge to me.
So many doors and rooms and they finally,
You know,
Came back and found me.
But it was a little bit of a snapshot of what my experience growing up was,
Which I felt kind of absolutely lost.
Like that,
As if I was in a big house,
Absolutely lost.
That's what I felt like.
It was like,
Confused,
Lost,
Scared.
And it was kind of a metaphor for,
You know,
My family of origin was not heart-centered at all.
So it was kind of like a metaphor for like,
What we all did really,
We all got stuck in our heads and got quite lost.
And only later did I realize that actually that's kind of the norm for our culture.
I thought it was just me.
Yeah.
So I,
You know,
There's another dear woman and her,
For another example,
Her first memory is standing in a crib hearing,
You know,
The family having a great time below and she's on the upper floor and she's just little and her diapers needed to be changed.
And,
You know,
She felt kind of lonely and cut off there.
So it's a little bit of a picture of separation,
You know,
Feeling separate from all that is.
And these little pictures of our memories can really show us what we're dealing with this life,
You know,
Emotionally.
I think some of these things,
These get overlooked when it's,
They're very powerful.
We can find our ways back to our heart if we work with these memories.
And again,
As I said before,
I'm really into re-imagining even past events.
So I would lie down and re-imagine,
You know,
Looking through a house with my family and being with them and and being with them and never getting lost and just being really happy as I was steering my mind,
Using the power of my subconscious,
Steering my psyche towards another way of experiencing life.
Because these first memories,
They're kind of like a picture of a pattern.
And maybe the patterns even come from other lives,
You know,
But always we can work with it.
And the power of the imagination,
If it's hooked to a real sincere desire for change and a willingness to find a better way of living,
It's just a huge powerhouse.
And then keep at it till you start seeing results.
Like,
I'm big on empirical results for the data.
So if you're doing an exercise like that,
Then pay attention if in a month or two or three or even six months,
You notice a change and that you feel more connected up.
And this gives us a sense of it's very empowering.
We can take hold of our destinies.
We can work with ourselves this way.
Yeah,
The power of the human heart is enormous.
So if you're sincerely wanting to steer a certain direction,
You will go there.
Okay,
Just never give up.
Okay.
Okay.
Bless you,
Dear hearts.
