This is where Westerners get trapped the most.
Probably any human being alive gets trapped here.
You know,
When we become adults,
We've learned to draw back from our experience and observe it a little bit.
So often we observe how much what we want in life doesn't work or how hurt we get when we just try to be innocent like a child.
So we found often that just the thicker the shell,
The better life goes on the outside.
But not really,
Because what happens is then our soul,
If we have a thick shell,
Our soul starts screaming and going,
Don't do this,
Don't do this.
You agree this life,
That the life plan is to really wake up and give you a gift.
No,
No,
Get rid of your shell.
And so the pain comes to wake us up.
So you can't really hide from it.
It's the real you.
Your soul's the real you.
This is what we find so hard to imagine,
To get our minds around at first,
Because actually to understand this,
There have to be many,
Many changes in your body before you will understand what I'm talking about in a felt way.
Before these changes occur,
It's just theoretical knowledge.
But for somebody who's gone through a lot of spiritual fires,
It just becomes ordinary two plus two.
And so then they turn around and share what they've learned and then they get gobsmacked that it's not understandable to people.
But then they have to remember what it was like for them and how clueless they felt for years and years.
But it doesn't have to take years and years.
You just have to be clear about what you're doing and you have to be dedicated to it.
And if you are really dedicated to the process of waking up,
Then you will wake up faster than if it's a casual thing.
But the truth is,
You know,
You aren't the daughter or son of your parents or you grew up in either a small house,
If you identify with it,
You grew up in a small house with a poor family,
You identify that you grew up in a big house with a rich family.
And that's part of your identity.
It's all just it's just nothing.
It's just illusion.
It's just ephemeral.
The true your true identity is you're an eternal soul who has had countless lifetimes,
Probably.
And there's a point where after a certain number of lifetimes,
You go through the experience enough that on a soul level,
Your soul wants you to start heading home.
The soul stops having so much fun on the earth plane.
After,
You know,
I don't know,
That's thousands life of eating cheesecake.
It's like it's like meh,
You know,
Let's have some spiritual ecstasy,
You know.
So what happens in older souls is the urge to return home gets stronger.
And they're the ones that they find it easier to keep their will.
In that direction,
And they're least they're less likely to be too hypnotized by material things,
Too,
Because they've had countless lives,
Probably even where they were really rich.
And it's like maybe they were really unhappy,
Like a lot of the rich people today,
If you look around,
They do not seem like that they're jumping in joy often.
So,
You know,
As the lifetimes go,
You get the soul gets tired of the game.
And so it starts calling more loudly.
And the thing about older souls is one of the vulnerabilities is they can be vulnerable to depression because they walk to a different drum and they think something's wrong with them.
So they tend to take their anger out on themselves,
Which is what depression is.
So,
You know,
It's better than like slugging somebody,
But it's not good to slug yourself internally.
So,
OK,
So maybe any old souls who are depressed,
Who are listening to this,
Maybe just get really interested in waking up and.
You know,
Use some subliminal tape on gratitude,
Keep your mind up and come out of the depression and then start really steering toward.
Universal love and steering towards,
You know,
The life that you were born to live,
Because then you'll be really happy.
And it's it's totally possible to come out of depression.
I don't get depressed anymore.
And I really did.
So just keep going.
OK,
Well,
I love you all.
Bless.
I know I know what it's like sometimes,
But it's worth it.
So just keep going.
OK.
Bless your hearts.
