You know,
We might feel like bits of flotsam and jetsam sometimes during the tougher times of our lives,
But the individual is immensely powerful.
You know,
It's the number of individuals within a generation that choose to either live in fear or,
You know,
Live in service to something beyond themselves,
To the higher good,
The better good of all humanity that determines which way the generation goes.
It determines which way the world goes.
It really all comes down to the individual.
We forget this.
You know,
The other thing is the early childhood years we know theoretically are really important,
But we tend to ignore this in practice.
So one of the things that happens is when,
You know,
The years between zero and six and what goes on there,
You know,
The child just goes through in an accepting way,
Okay,
This is happening,
This is happening.
But right in the beginning of adulthood where we're beginning to set up our own lives,
The amount of fear from those early years is acknowledged by our psyche and then it steers us.
If we're unconscious of the truth of us,
It will decide our actions.
Bill,
I remember,
You know,
Being so excited to graduate from school and everything and then I was faced with,
Oh man,
I've turned my living,
You know.
And just over the next five years it was extremely uncomfortable and all this,
You know,
Kind of darkness and fear came up for me and I'm like,
Where is this coming from?
Well,
As the years went by I realized it was coming from my early experiences as a child.
So I feel for the humanity,
The penny needs to drop about the power of our lived experiences early and if we really got that,
How much it determines our own individual lives,
But also the choices humanity makes as a whole,
We would pay a lot more attention to what the early experience of little kids is.
And may we begin to do that more.
Okay,
Bless your hearts.
