I want to talk about your atoms you your atoms are billions and billions of years old.
And they The material.
And your body comes from stars.
Really,
We are a startup.
The carbon.
Calcium,
The iron.
All from start.
You know,
Who died and exploded.
Left their atoms kind of buzzing around the universe.
I want you to realize you are a startup.
The other thing I want you to realize is the first law of thermodynamics is energy.
Could never be destroyed.
It just changes form.
So the energy that you are made out of.
That the atoms are made out of can never be destroyed.
And these atoms.
Actually.
.
.
In your body.
Every day,
Trillions of atoms leave your body.
And are replaced by atoms coming from your food or the air.
So it really is scientifically proven that 98% of the atoms in your body will have been replaced within a year.
We are in a way.
Patterns.
That organize our atoms.
We've got our own unique pattern of consciousness,
Just like the snowflakes that I've talked about.
Every snowflake's different.
They all look the same.
You know.
Scientifically,
And I don't really understand how this is possible,
But scientifically,
Waves.
What makes it look that waves are moving is the atoms inside are going up and down.
They're just going up and down,
You guys.
And when they're going up and down,
They create the pattern of the wave that seems to move.
Again,
You know.
And you know,
In a funny way,
This is like,
Why the spiritual journey can be difficult because we get hypnotized by ordinary reality.
By what our world looks like and also by what our relationships look like.
We look like we're the child of somebody.
Or the parent of somebody.
It looks that way.
And there's a level,
Yeah,
It's true,
But on a deeper level.
Were patterns of atoms.
And on a deeper level than that,
We're souls.
The atoms in your body have been stars.
Animals.
Planets.
Genius people,
Great people.
Bank robbers.
Who knows?
Who knows?
But,
You know,
Knowing the way the world works,
I bet that as we wake up,
Our atoms are more likely to come from wise people.
Really?
