Laura learned how we can speak up for ourselves and set boundaries with compassion. Also helpful is the practice of hoʻoponopono, where we speak to the souls of our loved ones and work things out energetically. Premasudha shared with Franka that we don’t truly make decisions—we simply discover what our souls have already chosen. Real awakening comes as we decode the labyrinth of our minds and allow it to dissolve. Erin shared her difficulty with resentful feelings. Premasudha explains that resentment and self-pity are like two doghouses that prevent surrender to truth. Just noticing we are stuck there helps. Gerald had a split running between life in general and the spiritual journey. Premasudha assured him that no split exists. Ego trick! Our lives are our spiritual journeys, whether we see this or not. Susan heard that the Universe/mma supports sincere spiritual students, even when running a business. (Unless it is not in the student's highest good to run the business!
