Rather, it is something we allow by opening ourselves to feel. The importance of forgiveness is highlighted. We may not even know what forgiveness really is or how to do it, but it is enough to say we forgive and let love in. Over time, these efforts to open, allow, and forgive will bear fruit, and we will begin to experience our True selves, the silence within. The experience of silence within is compared to the unspeakable bond between the mother and the newborn baby, and the feeling of ecstasy most women are blessed to experience after birth.
