You know,
We might feel some heaviness in our heart and maybe some emptiness or we might watch events keep reoccurring in our lives.
The same thing happening over and over and we don't know what to do about it.
So you know,
Don't give up.
You can decode this material.
One of the ways is to go to your early childhood,
Go to your first memory and maybe the first dream you can remember,
Especially if it was reoccurring.
So back to the first memory.
It will often give us an idea of how we felt as children.
For example,
I know one woman whose first memory was of being in a crib and she was hearing a lot of noise and commotion and good times going on downstairs and she was stuck in the crib.
And you know,
She can feel like that in her life.
She can feel a little bit removed like that,
A little abandoned,
A little on her own.
But again,
It's healable once you learn how to connect up to yourself.
And the first key to connecting up with yourself is remembering this material and realizing that on some levels you still feel this way.
For me,
I remember being like two and walking home from a neighbor's in the dark.
So we lived on this street where there were a lot of kids.
It was a really happy place to grow up.
But I was,
So it'd be like one or two or three or four or five houses away,
Not far.
And this was in the olden days when things were a lot safer.
But I remember being two and walking home in the dark and feeling,
Feeling like my mom should not be letting me walk home in the dark by myself.
I'm too little.
Little kids,
There's a lot going on with them.
There's a big awareness in there.
They might not talk about it,
But it's like I knew I was too young to walk home in the dark.
So I have felt like that.
I felt like that as a kid a lot,
Kind of not neglected,
Not cared for.
And again,
This can be transformed.
So as I learned to love and care for myself,
Then indeed the outer world started responding that way.
So I began to feel loved and cared for from the outside,
By the outside as well,
By others.
This is how it works.
You work with it on the inside.
So for example,
My friend who used to feel that she was stuck in the crib,
She could imagine somebody coming and lifting her out of the crib.
Even in her adulthood,
She could lie down,
Go back into that dream and reimagine it.
Somebody lifts her out of the crib and helps bring her down to where all the fun's going on.
And that sort of action,
This sort of inner action helps steer the psyche.
And so it starts to occur in your life.
It gets woven in to the events of your life.
We just need to sort of pay attention to take these seemingly small actions,
But they're very powerful.
Another person I know,
Their first memory was their mom was singing,
I love you truly.
They remember thinking,
Who's truly that my mom loves so much.
And again,
There's a theme of feeling neglected and this person could work with that from the inside.
Okay,
So talking about dreams,
Your first dream.
My first dream was a reoccurring one that I remember.
And I remember both when I was three.
And in it,
I would be in a castle,
I was walking around,
There's nobody there,
But there were suits of armor and ghosts.
That's kind of what my childhood felt like.
In my family,
We were very suits of armor,
Very,
That's what I was raised in,
Very protected emotionally,
Removed emotionally.
That's probably why I do this work.
And ghosts and haunted quality and quite a fearful emotional climate.
And again,
It can all be healed from within.
So in a case like that,
Again,
Something like lying down and imagining somebody coming and taking me out of there into a beautiful garden with lots of people I loved,
That would start weaving those threads into my life experience.
I have done this so much.
I feel that often we go to therapists and everything and we're looking to be fixed,
But we can do a lot just with contemplation about our experiences and then using the imagination in this useful way,
Using your imagination to make different patterns,
To imagine different outcomes than what happened in your first memory or your first dream.
Okay,
I hope this helps.
Bless your hearts.
