This is a recording from an informal satsang held at an ashram where Premasudha is staying. Following your intuition can feel like a process of trial and error. Once we decide to live in truth and intuition, there is no fixed “how-to.” We may make mistakes along the way, but they are part of the learning. You can sense whether you are on the right path by asking yourself: Are you more at peace? More present in your day? More loving and generous with others? It is important to stay present in your body, because this is how you receive intuitive guidance that helps you move forward on your spiritual journey.
