Having and maintaining boundaries can be challenging for many of us. I am a self-proclaimed, recovering people pleaser and have personally struggled with maintaining strong and healthy boundaries with the people I love. I am honoring and respecting myself through every choice and decision I make.

I am worthy of placing myself and my personal needs as a priority.

In creating and honoring the boundaries of myself,

I am also honoring and respecting the boundaries of others.

I am open and honest with what I need from myself and others.

Setting and maintaining healthy boundaries is easy for me.

It is okay and safe for me to lead with love and have an open heart.

People honor and respect me for my authenticity.

I am able to communicate my needs and feelings effectively.

I do not feel guilty for saying no.

Saying no does not make me a mean person.

Having boundaries does not make me a mean person.

Boundaries are healthy and necessary.

I am no longer overextending myself.

I am firm in my boundaries.

I attract people and opportunities that respect my boundaries.

I value others and others value me.

It is not my job or responsibility to be a people pleaser.
