So you're lying down in a very comfortable position.
And you're letting yourself completely go,
Having no expectation whatsoever for the next few minutes.
And you notice the heaviness of your body.
And you notice your skin all over the body,
All of your skin,
The largest organ apparently.
And it's such a vibrant,
Such a lively,
Such an intelligent organ.
And I want you to feel your skin everywhere,
Between the toes,
Armpits,
Groin,
Eyelids.
Feel throughout,
Everywhere,
Don't miss anywhere out.
But the attitude is very soft.
You're not working hard at it with your front of your brain.
Your body hears my words.
Your kind of your analytical mind is in the background.
Your body,
The skin hears me.
And notice what the skin feels,
The clothes,
Where you're lying on,
The air around you,
The coolness or the warmth,
The tightness or the looseness.
Of your clothes.
And it is my experience that the skin doesn't just feel what's outside.
It also feels what's inside.
It has a direct live communication with the structures underneath it.
See if you can feel that or you can connect to that.
Now the skin of your head might feel the hardness of your skull.
Or if the skin of your belly can feel the softness of your abdomen.
What does the skin feel in the rib cage?
In the pelvis?
In your legs?
And your feet?
Now again feel your entire skin at once.
And notice how it communicates with live communication with the whole surrounding,
The earth underneath,
Sky above,
The space.
And feel that the skin has a capacity to open up.
The skin is porous and you're allowing the skin to open its pores and to receive more.
And now with the next few breaths,
With a playful attitude,
With an unserious attitude,
Breathe in through the skin,
Through the pores.
And as you breathe out,
You breathe out any tension unnecessary from the body out into the space.
Breathing in through the pores into the bones.
Breathing out into space.
You feel all of your bones at once.
And each time that you breathe in and out this way,
You're feeling more and more space inside.
The inner body and the outer body kind of become one.
You are expanding.
And in your attitude there's no trying.
You not trying to figure it out with your mind is purely sensing and being.
And the more we tap into this space,
The more our actions spring from this space,
The more efficient they will be.
And that space sets yourself an intention.
Now keeping some residue of this inner space,
Move from here,
From this space,
With this space,
Gently coming out,
Waking the body in its own time.
