As you continue to drift off into a place of peace,

Solace,

Relaxation,

And truly in a state of being present,

You awaken to find yourself deep within a snowy white tundra.

This snow is as pure and white as a newly burst cloud in the sky.

You do not feel a hard bite from the cold as you awe in its magnificence.

You do not feel anything except an appreciation for the beautiful landscape in front of you.

You look into the sky and see the bright light of a full moon gaze upon you,

Shedding light and protection as you venture out under the night sky.

The stars blanket the pitch-black night like shards of the purest diamond spread in jubilance in celebration of your existence.

The mountains that surround you provide a shelter in safety and an immaculate view as they sit blanketed with the snow-white caps that illuminate the dark of night.

Above you,

A beautiful aurora borealis dances with the stars as though to give you a performance for you as you gaze upon its natural beauty and flow.

As you look around,

You see a table and chairs for you to sit at so that you can relaxingly take in the beauty of what lies before you.

This table is sturdy,

Well-grounded,

And provided to you from Mother Earth.

The strong,

Sturdy cedar legs support the weight you carry within as the back of the chair grants you release from all that is rested upon your shoulders.

As you sit and gaze upon the stars,

The sky,

The beautiful aurora borealis,

And the landscaped nature that has been painted for you,

You feel a great rush of overwhelming appreciation for where you are in this life.

At this very moment,

You are in complete and utter peace.

You are free of worry,

Stress,

Any tasks,

And any duties.

You are relinquishing all expectations,

And you need fear no gaze of judgment upon you.

You are safe here.

You are welcomed here.

You are celebrated here.

You have all that you need,

And nothing is asked of you.

There is no part to play,

Nothing owed,

And nothing to contribute.

You are to simply sit,

Receive,

And reflect.

Take the time to express appreciation for all the good in your life that has occurred this year.

There is so much to be grateful for,

So much gratitude to give,

For simply being here is a reason for rejoice.

There may be some intruding thoughts that attempt to enter and remind you of challenge and disruption,

But that is okay.

Allow them in,

And allow the air to absorb and transform those thoughts and feelings into snowflakes of light to be returned to the cosmos.

Take as long as you need for your moment of reflection and expression of gratitude.
