Today I am going to discuss how pets in our lives teach us and love us unconditionally! They are nothing but pure love, and we can gain so much more wisdom from them than we realize. If you have pets, you know this already I hope.

Good morning.

Today I'm going to talk about the simplicity and the power of having a pet.

Cat,

Dog,

Horse,

Whatever you may have out there.

Our pets can help us understand ourselves in so many ways humans can't because of the love they have for us unconditionally.

They bring us simple joy and help us feel free to totally be our true authentic selves.

They can help us enjoy our moments for what they are with playful enlightenment.

When you play with an animal or even pet on an animal for five minutes a day your stress level goes way down.

George Eliot puts it as,

Animals are such agreeable friends.

They ask no questions and pass no criticisms.

In fact today a lot of homeless people will even admit that they'd rather have not give up their pets to have a roof over their head because they have such a bond with their animal.

A pet is like an extended child,

Extended family.

Pet parents know this and pets are so good for children to learn and grow up with.

Every pet should be looked upon as a family member in my opinion and if a person has pets and abuses this privilege they have no business having them.

Zoya is a term used as a human-animal bond.

Pets can be such miracle workers for so many unfortunate incapacitated people.

Autism,

PTS,

Alzheimer's.

These pets give all of these individuals such joy and such such a feeling of safety and they feel so much worthwhile when they're around them.

Pets teach them to relax and feel safe within their own bodies.

To me empathy for animals outweighs a lot of empathy for people mainly because their actions and love is so plentiful and they have no voice.

The voices of an animal is their energy and their magnitude to just communicate with the energy and the love that they just so much want to give.

Winston Churchill put it or quoted,

The outside of a horse is so good for the inside of a man.

If you've ever been around horses you know exactly what I'm talking about.

I just wish that we as humans could value animals a thousand times more than most of us do.

We take them for granted just as we take each other for granted.

If you've ever been in nature you know coming across a deer or any wildlife is is a beautiful sign from the universe or God.

It's God speaking to us and we need to be silent and listen to this within.

This I believe is how we can help ourselves learn to love ourselves better and each other.

I want to do many more podcasts on this.

I have so much to say about animals.

I can't even say enough or begin to with just this one.

And no this isn't a meditation this is a talk.

You could learn to meditate with your animal though.

I know a lot of people do.

A lot of people do yoga with their animals.

So with all of this said I just want to give thanks for all the animals,

Our pets,

All the wildlife out there because love is the only language they know.

Have a blessed day.

Thank you for listening and please feel free to listen to my tracks.

I love reviews.

It's always nice to get a nice review.

And if you feel like donating I totally appreciate that as well.

Thank you for this talk. Feeling a bit down. My furry friend is getting old and diagnosed with cancer. It’s hard to see him diminishing his light. But so grateful to have shared so many wonderful moments together🐾 🩷🐾

Thank you for letting others know the importance of animals. I have volunteered many years to do , TNR of feral cats. One must always help those that can't help themselves 🐾🐱
