Good morning on this May morning.
I hope it's a nice one wherever you are.
I'm Pam and I am starting a business called Simplicity Life Coaching around how to uncomplicate your life and your home environment with clutter,
Getting rid of clutter.
First off I want you to acknowledge that I am not a licensed psychologist or therapist.
I am just a life coach.
Coaching and therapy are two different things.
Coaching just gives you some tools and a lot of questions for you to try to answer and figure out for yourself.
So with that said anything that I put on here with podcast will be for you to try to really contemplate in your mind and ask yourself how you can do this.
I can give you tools on how to do it but I can't make you do it.
That with coaching is where coaches can walk alongside you and give you tools and inspiration on how to do it or but we can't make you do it.
I just want to make this very clear as I go into more of my podcast.
So with that said I have a few Feng Shui tips this morning that are really kind of fun and I advise when you when you want if you really want to get into the Feng Shui to just kind of take one room at a time and and practice it and really make that room shine and complete and then go on to the next room.
I'd say start with your bedroom.
First of all what is Feng Shui?
Feng Shui is a Chinese practice of trying to create balance with the natural world in our interior spaces.
It uses energy forces to create harmony between an individual and their environment.
So with that said I will give you the five elements that really signify Feng Shui.
First one is the earth element.
The second one is the metal element.
The third one is the water element and the fourth one is wood.
The fifth one is fire.
Now the colors of each of these are very simple.
Earth of course is earth tones of your liking usually yellow,
Orange,
Brownish.
Metal tones are gray,
White or metallic tones.
Sometimes even a little black in there but water element is more of a black color because it represents looking into deep,
Deep water.
So water invites more flow and wisdom into your spaces.
The fourth one is wood and that would probably be more into the woodsy tones,
Dark,
Dark browns but really what accents wood is teal.
Like if you have a chocolate colored couch for instance teal pillows are really an awesome accent for that.
Then the fifth one is the fire element and that usually represents red and I know a lot of people kind of want to stay away from real redsy walls and tones and stuff so if you're not really into like a red wall which is a lot that's a little bit much just bringing fresh red flowers into your room is a wonderful idea.
In fact that's one of my main,
Main elements of feng shui.
I believe every week everyone should just take a few dollars and treat themselves to a fresh bouquet of flowers.
Just having a fresh bouquet of flowers in your house somewhere is a wonderful,
Wonderful way to bring in great energy.
So anyway I will be doing more podcasts on feng shui.
The next one I'm going to try to do,
I will give tips on just the bedroom alone and then I think by doing one room you can get the idea and take it into the next room.
So I hope everyone has a wonderful week ahead in this May and if you do want to find me I am on Facebook under Pam A Logan or my email is plogancut at aol.
Com.
Have a wonderful day.
