Welcome to this June solstice meditation.
When you are ready,
Find a comfortable position,
Sitting or laying down,
And allow your hands to rest naturally.
And when you feel rested and comfortable,
Close your eyes.
Taking a slow breath in through your nose.
And exhaling out through your mouth with a sigh.
Again,
Taking a nice deep inhale,
Feeling the air coming in through your nostrils.
And again,
Slowly sighing it out.
And one final time,
A nice deep inhale.
And a final release.
Bringing yourself back to your natural rhythm of breathing.
I want you to bring awareness into your body.
Noticing the surface beneath you,
Where your body is being supported.
Feeling the weight of your legs.
Your hips.
Your back.
Releasing your shoulders.
Unclenching your jaw.
Relaxing your eyebrows.
Allowing yourself to arrive fully in this moment.
The summer solstice is all about expansion.
So in this next part,
I want you to be as big,
Wild,
And outlandish as you can.
And I want you to begin to imagine the version of you who has already created the dream life that you desire.
The life with every single thing you could ever want if there were absolutely no limitations.
And the version of you that's living in alignment to your fullest expression.
Start to notice how this version of you carries themselves.
How they breathe.
How they move through the world.
Noticing the energy that they bring into a room.
The confidence that they embody and the trust that they have in themselves.
What about this version of you has changed?
What new habits do they have?
What are the standards that they hold?
How do they speak to themselves?
How do they show up for their life?
As you continue breathing,
Begin to feel yourself stepping into that version of you.
Feeling your energy start to shift.
Tapping into how this version of you feels energetically and allowing that feeling to feel safe in your body.
And tell your body and your mind this is your new normal.
This is who you are.
Bring awareness to the space above your head.
And imagine a warm golden light,
A living source of vitality.
And with each inhale,
That golden light begins to pour into your body.
Moving through the crown of your head.
Through your third eye.
Pouring down your face,
Flowing into your throat.
Your heart.
And your chest.
Down into your stomach.
Through both your legs.
And into your feet.
With every breath,
More light flows through you.
Feel this golden light filling every space within you,
Becoming brighter and brighter,
Moving through every part of your body,
Every muscle.
Activating every cell into this version of you that already knows how to create this life,
That is already on this timeline living this life.
Feel your body absorbing this frequency,
The frequency of confidence,
Trust,
Aligned action and receiving.
And allow the golden light to anchor itself within you,
Becoming part of you.
Take one final breath in.
And as you exhale,
Silently affirm to yourself,
I am ready for this next chapter.
And slowly bring your awareness back to your breath,
Noticing your body and the space around you.
Taking a slow,
Steady inhale.
In a slow,
Steady exhale.
And notice what feels different within you.
What feels more open and slowly bring your awareness back to the room around you,
The surface beneath you.
Any noises you might hear.
Gently wiggling your fingers and your toes.
And when you're ready,
You may open your eyes.
