Welcome.

I will be guiding you through a grounding visualization.

Find a comfortable seated position or whichever position you prefer that is stable and you can hold comfortably.

Soften your gaze or allow your eyes to lightly close if this feels comfortable.

Take a moment to sense the support beneath you and allow your body to settle in.

Inhaling as fully as you comfortably can and breathing out through your nose.

Notice your energy.

Does it feel spacey,

Fatigue?

Are your thoughts caught up with the news or other life events?

Invite your energy back to your body.

Imagine your energy returning to you.

Bring your attention to your sit bones.

Now think of the qualities of the earth.

Imagine a roof connecting you to the earth.

Begin to gather serenity,

Stability,

Vitality and strength from Mother Earth.

Bring awareness to the parts of your body that are in contact with the ground or the chair.

Imagine these parts are growing loose and connecting you as deeply as you desire to the earth.

Continue to breathe and observe the sensations in your body.

Now imagine this roof coming up your spine vertebrae by vertebrae and finally reaching your beautiful crown.

The earth showers you with serenity,

Stability,

Vitality and strength.

Notice all is working in harmony.

Let's offer gratitude.

Thank you earth for this grounding and calming energy.

Take a few more moments of gratitude as you give grace to Mother Earth for its generosity.

I will return towards the end of our meditation.

For now continue to rejoice in serenity,

Strength and vitality the earth is providing you.

We are approaching our return.

I now invite you to gently open your eyes and direct your awareness to the present moment.

Take your time as you transition into your next activity.

You may come back to this meditation anytime.
