Meditation for calming down your emotions.
Dear Blooming Heart,
Know that I am recording this meditation for you because I've also felt the way you feel right now,
So you are in the right place.
Let's calm our emotions together to be our true selves again.
Get comfortable and sit straight or lay down and take a deep breath.
And another one.
Exhale as slowly as you can.
Visualize the most peaceful place you've ever seen.
It could be a seashore,
A garden,
A nice rooftop,
Your favorite part of the forest,
Or anywhere you feel at home,
Safe and peaceful.
You are sitting in this place.
The sun rays enter this place,
Illuminating it and amplifying its peace.
Feel the peace in the form of warm,
Caring light which enters your body.
As you are exhaling,
See how the tension buildup is falling apart.
Like metal melting,
Starting in your head,
Neck area,
Your arms,
Chest,
Belly,
And finally,
Melting away from your legs.
You exhale the melted metal to the earth,
Where it gets absorbed.
The sun rays continue to illuminate your body and everything around you,
Which means only pure light can exist at this point.
Breathe the peace from the environment once again.
Feel your belly area opening,
A place where we usually hold the most stress,
Tension,
Disappointment or anger.
It is a good place to open right now together.
Know that everything in your life is happening for a reason,
To make you a better person.
And as you have it open,
Release your feelings one by one.
The powerful sun rays dissolve them and change them to the peacefulness,
Which is the same as this place is emanating.
And lastly,
Breathe to your heart.
When we feel sad or disappointed,
We tend to close our heart.
This happens naturally for many of us as a way to protect ourselves from possible pain in the future.
As you inhale to your heart,
Imagine a tiny bud of a white rose in the middle of your heart.
Feeling makes it bigger and starts to open its petals.
Inhale more and a little more.
The rose is wide open now and you smell its gentle and loving fragrance.
And remember,
To be able to smell its wondrous fragrance,
It needs to be open.
You truly are a gentle and loving being.
You can slowly bring attention back to your body.
You can notice your breathing and slightly touch your body with your fingers.
Stay in love.
