Meditation for falling asleep in the white clouds.
Hello my dear,
The time to sleep has arrived.
Together,
We can take a few deep breaths to release any tension you might have been holding in your body.
And I would like to invite you to this magical place.
Imagine yourself on one of those playgrounds where everything is made of wood.
You are standing on a child's long wooden bench.
It feels firm and you enjoy the feeling of the well defined wood under your feet.
You start walking and you put your left leg in front of your right leg.
And then you do the same with your right leg and the left leg again.

Your feet adapt to the wood structure and you start to feel grounded.
Your toes are widely spread,

You are reaching the end of the bench.
The interesting thing is that at the end of the bench there are just clouds.
The bench is not continuing and the playground slowly disappears.
You only see white clouds and the atmosphere becomes pleasantly humid.
All is just white,
Humid and gently cooling.
You are still standing on the bench while you are absorbing the cooling and peaceful energy of the white clouds.
Your vision adjusts to this atmosphere and you notice the path continues.

The two doves wave more of the rich mist to your face to remind you that they are the messengers.
Messengers of love,
Peace and calmness among all the beings and can deliver your important message where it needs to go.
They keep all your future plans and worries with them and soothe them with their calming powers and tomorrow,

They will be there to remind you what to do so you don't have to carry it all the way yourself.
These gentle releasers of worry will take care of your unanswered questions and make sure that their flying brothers and sisters take back the response to you from the place where every trouble has a solution.
