Begin by finding a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
Gently close your eyes and let your whole body soften and relax.
Think into the surface on which you are resting.
Notice that the surface is carrying you and that you can relax completely and trust that no effort is needed.
Let yourself rest heavily.
Take a few deep breaths,
Pausing gently at the top of the inhale and at the bottom of the inhale.
Let your breathing relax and sense your body.
Imagine your body lifting from the surface and being enveloped in bright light that comes from all around you.
The light increasing in strength.
And when the light begins to fade you find yourself in a garden.
Your garden.
Explore this garden to see what grows there.
Look at colors and listen for sounds.
When you walk through this garden,
Look to see if there are any dark or dead plants or trees.
Something that does not vibrate with life.
If you have found anything like this in your garden,
Your impulse might be to remove it.
What I want you to explore now is to look in the ground beneath this part of your garden.
When you look at the ground,
You start to notice flows of energy and color running through and connecting everything in your garden.
See if you can notice anything around the plant without life.
Is it connected to the energy flow or isolated from it?
If it is isolated,
You might wonder why.
Maybe it is cold to the touch or does not fit in.
Maybe it feels dangerous to be in contact with.
What I want you to try now is to touch this plant and channel some light into it.
Speak to it and tell it that you understand that it is not dangerous and can be a part of your garden from now on.
Also speak to the surrounding plants and tell them that it is no longer necessary to avoid this plant.
See how the energy changes.
If you want,
You can pour some water that is bright with energy over it.
Look and see if the plant changes anything when it starts to be connected to your energy.
Maybe it grows,
Maybe it gets colorful.
For some people,
This once withering plant can grow into the centerpiece of the garden and give light and love to all other parts.
When you allow every part of who you are and what you experience to be released and connected to you,
Wonderful things can happen.
If you want,
You can stay in your garden for a while and noticing how it feels in your body.
And whenever you feel ready,
You can slowly return to the room you are in and take this feeling with you.
