Take a slow breath in and gently exhale.
Whatever you are feeling right now,
You don't need to change it,
Just notice it.
Maybe it feels like tightness or restlessness or something you can't quite name,
That's okay.
Instead of trying to get rid of it,
See if you can get curious.
Where do you feel it in your body,
Your chest,
Your stomach,
Your throat,
Just notice.
And as you breathe,
Imagine making a little more space around that feeling,
Not pushing it away,
Just giving it room.
Let it be there without resistance.
Feel your breath moving in and out and notice the feeling might shift even slightly.
You don't have to force anything,
Emotions move when we stop holding them so tightly.
Right now you are allowing and that is enough.
Take another slow breath and as you exhale,
Let your body soften just a little more.
Whatever is here can move through you,
You don't have to carry it forever.
Stay with your breath and when you are ready,
Gently come back.
Still here,
Still breathing,
Still okay.
