Take a moment and just notice what's happening in your mind.
Thoughts might be moving quickly,
One after another.
That's okay.
You don't need to stop them.
Just observe.
Imagine your thoughts like clouds passing through the sky.
Some are light,
Some are heavy,
But all of them are moving.
And you are not the clouds.
You are the sky.
Thoughts can come and go without you needing to follow them.
If your mind pulls you into a story,
Just gently come back.
Not with force,
But with awareness.
Notice your breath again.
Inhale.
Exhale.
There's a space between you and your thoughts.
Even if it is small,
Rest in that space.
You don't have to believe every thought.
You don't have to solve everything right now.
Just sit here,
Watching,
Breathing,
Allowing.
And slowly the mind begins to soften.
Stay here for few more breaths.
And when you are ready,
Come back gently.
