
Healing Through Your Energy Body

Learn how to tune into your subtle energy system to easily clear away past traumas, anxiety, anger, or any other feeling that you wish to let go of. Being able to tune into yourself helps you to quickly and easily release the past and become who you are truly meant to be.

So what we are going to do now is close your eyes and I just want you to notice your breathing just for a moment,
Just focus on your breath,
Just noticing each breath in and each breath out and just allow your own breathing to relax in its own way in its own time.
Everybody has their own rate of breathing which is simple for them.
It's just knowing the rate of your breathing and how you can slow it down.
And I want you to relax the top of your head.
Relax your eyes and forehead.
Relax your face and jaw.
Relax your neck and shoulders,
Your arms,
Elbows,
Forearms and hands.
Relax your chest and your tongue.
Relax your back,
Mid back and lower back.
Then I want you to relax your hips,
Your thighs,
Knees,
Calves and your feet.
I want you to imagine that your feet are sinking down into the ground.
This is where I grow myself,
So imagine my feet going down into the ground and connecting to the earth.
And it's about solidity and connecting with the earth in this way.
And I want you to become aware of your growth,
Where you have a head,
A love,
A trunk,
A whole car here.
You have arms and legs.
And I want to place your awareness on your left hand.
Really feel your left hand.
It's about to notice all the sensations that are happening right there.
As you continue focusing on your left hand,
It's about to notice you can feel an energy inside and outside of your hand.
I get like tingling feeling around the outside of my hand,
Like a buzzing sort of energy.
So notice where you've gone.
This is your subtle energy system.
This energy system is all around your body.
And I want you to become more aware of this energy in different parts of your body.
It's really powerful.
It really helps you to clear a lot of things out and to really be able to tune into yourself,
Your own intuition.
It's like sometimes when you walk into a room,
Something doesn't feel right.
It's your subtle energy system picking up on things.
I know you got to somebody's house and you can tell by the couple in the house had an argument.
You can feel the air when you walk in,
How dense it is.
Again,
This is your subtle energy system.
I want you to become aware of that energy in your left arm.
You can move the energy from your left hand right to the left arm.
Go across your chest and your shoulders and go down your right side into your right hand.
Notice how that energy travels,
It moves.
Another thing you can do is that you can become aware of both of your hands together.
So keeping your hands on your thighs,
Become aware of the energy in your left and your right hand at the same time.
Your left and your right arm.
In order to lift your arms up just in front of you,
Your palms facing each other.
I want you to become aware of the energy between your hands,
I want you to notice where your energy is touched.
So I want you to be more tuned in with how you'll be.
You can feel the energy.
If you've never done this before,
You'll put your hands quite close together.
Just notice how it feels at that point where the energy from your left and from your right hand is touching each other.
If you've got that,
You can just bring your hands back down to your lap again.
You can feel the energy inside the main part of your body,
From the chest down to each other.
Most people's problems come from events in the past and this trapped energy from those events.
Fears tend to be in the tummy area,
Sadness tends to be in the chest,
Anxiety,
Stress and anger tends to be in the head.
So I want you to tune in now to what you will notice inside of your body.
Really become aware of the whereabouts in your body,
Your feeling,
Whatever it is that you're feeling.
It could be slight heaviness,
Tingling sensation,
Vibration.
You might find that you have a feeling in your body that you really don't like.
If you do,
I just want you to allow that in for now.
I want you to really become aware of that feeling,
Become aware of the shape of it.
It's not a 2D thing,
It's actually 3D.
It has a front,
A back,
Sides,
Top and bottom.
Sometimes people can have quite a regular shape.
Sometimes you have a feeling inside that's in a regular shape.
I sometimes have these feelings that have been quite jagged.
There's no regularity to it whatsoever.
So just notice what you're feeling,
Why you're feeling it.
Just allowing that feeling to be.
I want you to give your body permission to metabolise this feeling.
You don't need to understand what that means.
You want to be okay with it.
Because your body understands fully what I mean.
It's allowing your body to start to metabolise that feeling.
You become aware of any changes in the shape of the feeling.
What you'll tend to find will happen as your body is metabolising the feeling.
The feeling will start to move down your body.
Don't fast into the dead.
The body will just reject that.
It won't work by its feeling properly.
Just allow it to move in its own time.
If you feel like emotions are coming up and coming quite strong,
Just allow them to come in.
Just check in.
Ask yourself.
Ask your energy system.
Do I feel safe now?
If you feel safe,
Ask for help.
If you don't feel safe,
Ask yourself for help.
You're experiencing something beyond what you used to.
Just allow that feeling of not being safe into your body and be okay with it.
Allow your body to metabolise that feeling of not being safe.
How does that feeling start to move down your body?
Is it too much?
That dip in the ground is an underground stream.
And your energy is connected to that stream.
And any negative energy that is moving down through your body is able to pass out through the soles of your feet into that stream.
And when it touches that stream,
Any negative energy is instantly transmuted into a positive energy.
And that stream goes off to a little part of the world.
It could be going to a place where there is a lack of water.
It could be that animals who have been dehydrated are suddenly able to drink and benefit from this positive energy that is hitting your body.
It might be that this energy is helping plants and trees to grow and become strong.
So the more of this negative energy that you release and your body metabolises,
The more good you are able to do.
If you find that energy feels stuck somewhere as it is moving down,
I want you to just feel okay with it feeling stuck.
And then again,
Ask your body to metabolise that stuck feeling.
This could be because you are in a point in time where you are feeling stuck.
But feel like you can't get out of something.
Whatever is that is going on for you,
Just allow it in.
Be okay with it.
Be inside your energy system.
Allow it to be in the time you relax.
From the air up your soles of your feet into that stream below.
And if you need to spend a lot of time with this after this meditation has finished,
Just be okay with it.
And just allow yourself to have that time.
To save the energy that you have.
And allow it to process in its own time,
In its own way.
Another way we can use this subtle energy system is to tune into the feeling of your heart.
And the heart area.
Notice how it has a front,
A back,
A left,
A right,
A top and a bottom.
That you might tune in to the shape of a real heart.
Or it could be a carton style heart that you might not feel.
Some people sense a part of energy inside.
Whatever you feel is right for you.
Just notice that energy in your chest area.
And feel the love that is there inside of your heart.
Now I want you to imagine that you have a dialogue that goes from zero to ten.
And each number that I count,
You double that feeling of love as you turn that dialogue to that love.
So we're going to start doing that now.
One,
Doubling that feeling of love inside your heart.
Two,
Doubling it again,
Getting that feeling stronger now,
Moving around your trunk,
Around your car.
Three,
Doubling it again.
And just allowing that feeling to really spread around you.
Four,
Getting that feeling even stronger now,
Stronger inside you.
Spreading around your energy field.
Five,
Doubling it again,
Getting that feeling into your head,
Down your arms.
Six,
The whole thing again as it goes down your legs,
Down into the ground.
Seven,
Sending that love down into the ground.
Seven,
That love is shilling now as well from the top of your head now.
Shilling now into the sky.
Eight,
Doubling that feeling of love again as it's spreading around your body now,
Your whole body's been surrounded by this feeling.
Nine,
Spending that feeling wide enough as it's filling the whole room where you're in.
Ten,
Doubling it again now,
And allowing this feeling to seal like a bubble.
So that everything inside this bubble is filled with this energy.
And when you breathe in,
You're breathing this feeling inside of you.
And as you breathe out,
Anything that doesn't match up to this energy just goes outside of your body and outside of this bubble.
So allow yourself to breathe like this for a moment.
So allow yourself to breathe like this for a moment.
You start to become aware of your body again.
Your feet,
Your lower legs,
Your upper legs,
Your hips,
Tummy,
Lower back,
Mid back,
Chest and lower back.
Shoulders,
Arms,
Hands,
Neck,
Face and head.
Sats of your toes and wiggly fingers.
In the right time,
You can just open your eyes again.
