Welcome.
I recommend having your journal or something to write on.
At the end of this meditation,
There are a few questions to ponder that can deepen the experience further.
Let that sound find you.
Let that sound be your first breath.
Let that sound bring clearing and make space.
We're going to bring light to the darkness.
And look around.
Arrive at a new awareness or two.
Or three.
So breathe deeply.
And notice where your body meets the surface beneath you.
Feel your weight settle into it.
Each breath brings another level of surrender.
Each breath brings a letting go of any resistance you might have to what is.
Each breath brings willingness to accept whatever thoughts and feelings brought you to this moment.
Breathe into the possibility that darkness is a doorway on your journey to higher consciousness.
One that you can pass through as easily as you take.
One breath.
Breathe Deeply.
And imagine in the distance.
A bright pinpoint of light.
You're drawn to it.
And soon find yourself moving toward that light.
Allowing yourself to let go and be carried forward by the sound of my voice.
Allowing yourself to let go in each breath.
The pinpoint of light grows steadily larger.
Coming closer?
A deep breath in.
And as you exhale.
You hear the sound of your own voice coming from that light.
Saying,
Your table is ready.
You're now close enough to see that the light is a doorway.
You pass through it.
And enter a vast open space.
A magnificent sanctuary.
Filled with light?
And holding you in a comforting warmth.
In the center of this immense luminous space.
There's a small table.
Circular in shape.
And on top of the table is a glass sphere,
Open at the top.
You approach and stand before it.
And when you're ready.
Gather those thoughts and feelings of darkness,
Anything that's disturbing your peace.
And put them into the glass sphere.
If there is any part of you that resists doing this,
Let that part know that it can have the darkness back later if it wants.
But for now.

Everything that darkens your world goes into the sphere.
Once you've done that,
Step back.
Breathe in.
And look up.
Above you there is a great dome.
In a shape like the sphere,
But on a grand scale.
On the inside of the dome are images from your life.
Photos depicting the road you've traveled.
Absolutely no.
The dome,
With its images,
Disappears.
Revealing a portal.
Opening to infinite space.
A space of possibilities.
Calling you.
Lifting you up.
Beckoning you with a feeling that feels like love.
A feeling that dispels fear.
With each breath rising upward.
Arms wide.
Receiving.
Free.
Connected2 Divine Source.
Moving through you.
Like a waterfall.
Cascading light energy.
Feel it enter your body at the top of your head.
Power straight down to the base of your spine.
And emerge from your stomach heart.
And throat.
You can feel it cleansing misunderstandings.
False narratives?
Limiting beliefs.
Spreading them out.
You watch them drift away to become part of another universe.
Free now.
Ascending on the energy of divine love.
And the cleansing light of grace.
That heals you.
That cools you.
That reminds you when you've forgotten.
Collapse into the next breath.
And become the invitation to simply be you.
You become aware now of the sound of your own voice.
Tseng.
I am so much more than my thoughts.
I'm so much more than my feelings.
I'm so much more.
Than my past.
I'm so much more than the fear and darkness that visits me.
I am the awareness in this present moment.
And in that.

.
I have come home.
You begin to feel the container of warmth surrounding you.
You find yourself once again within the sanctuary.
You turn to the table and look at the sphere where you left your darkness.
It has changed.
It looks more like a goblet now.
What was dark is now clear.
Glowing softly.
And what fills the goblet now is the color of amber in light.
Also now on the table is a folded sheet of paper.
At the top in your handwriting.
Is the word instructions.
Open it.
You might find choices you weren't aware of.
Things you might do.
Take a few minutes with what you find there.
It's time to return.
You can sit with these instructions a little longer when we're done.
There are some questions waiting for you that may help you go deeper.
So take one last look around at this luminous space.
As you find your way back.
Slowly becoming aware of your body.
The surface beneath you.
The sounds of life around you.
I invite you to give thanks for it.
All that you are.
For every experience that brought you to this moment.
The light ones and the dark ones alike.
And I want you to acknowledge the loving,
Courageous,
Brilliant being you are.
And forever.

How did it feel putting your darkness into the glass sphere?
How did it feel giving the darkness the option to return later?
