This guided visualization takes the meditator along a beautiful forrest trail to a stream. From there, you will imagine your troubles as rocks along the shore, and mindfully choose to release things that feel heavy. Watch as the stream washes them away and leave feeling lighter and more peaceful. This meditation was taken from an actual hike to a stream that I took at The Sea Ranch in California. Something had been weighing heavy on my heart about a situation in my life, and I decided to mindfully let the rocks on the shore represent those things, and let them go. Music by Doczky and MPmedia
