Wind & Rain | North Cape | Natural White Noise

Imagine a place far above the Arctic Circle, with months of never-ending daylight in the summer. The North Cape includes a 307-metre-high cliff (1,007 ft) with a large flat plateau on top, where visitors, weather permitting, can watch the midnight sun and views of the Barents Sea to the north. This is my new favorite ‘meditation’ to listen to. It’s natural white noise. You can hear the brisk air… my windows are open and I felt like I was there. This allowed me to drop into some deep feelings I was having… The guided meditations were not getting me to exactly where I needed to go today. But this… this meditation helped me ‘go there’. Tremendous release once I took some deep breaths, did a body scan, and allowed these big emotions to surface, be felt, and ultimately dissolved in two tremendous streams of tears—tears of forgivenss. Maybe this is what they meant by ‘the art of letting go’… Thank you thank you thank you for this nature recording. It was recommended to me after trying a few different guided meditations and bailing out of all of them. This is perfect for me. I am grateful beyond measure.
