For this heart activation exercise,
You'll need 15 minutes.
Please make yourself comfortable.
Lie down on your bed or a mat,
Whatever feels best.
This is a beautiful meditation to activate your heart space.
In a very short time,
You will get in touch with your inner peace and joy.
For the next few moments,
There is nothing to do besides observing your natural breath without trying to change anything.
Observe your thoughts,
Let them come and go.
Good.
Be here now.
Here and now.
Here.
Now.
If your mind wanders,
Let the thoughts come and go.
Now put your hands on your heart and focus on that space.
Breathe into your heart slowly and gently.
Inhale through the nose and exhale through the nose.
Slow and long breaths.
Very nice.
Keep focusing on your heart space.
Keep breathing.
How does it feel?
Maybe you can feel your heartbeat.
Keep breathing into your heart.
If there are thoughts arising,
Don't attach to them.
Let them come and go.
Come and go.
Inhale through your nose and exhale through your nose.
Keep focusing on your heart space.
The more you breathe into your heart,
The more energized it feels.
How does your heart space look in front of your imaginary eye?
Maybe you can see an image of your heart pumping for you.
The beauty of the chambers supporting you.
Maybe you can see colors.
Allow yourself to feel your heart fully.
With every inhale,
Expand your heart space more.
With every exhale,
Let go of what doesn't serve you.
Breathe in the golden warm light into your heart.
And imagine how this light spreads into your whole body.
Feel the luminous energy from your heart flowing into your whole body.
How does your heart feel right now?
What sensations are arising?
Breathe in gratitude into your heart.
Breathe in love into your heart.
Breathe in joy into your heart.
As your heart is being activated,
You can send out gratitude,
Love and joy.
Feel your heart space expand even more.
Say thanks to your heart.
Now you can sigh if you want.
You can start stretching and moving.
And now,
Gently open your eyes.
Stay with some of the awareness the rest of your day.
You can always come back to this wonderful space.
Take a few moments.
Get back to your natural breath.
And when you're ready,
Have a wonderful day.
