Welcome.

This is a meditation for rising your energy level,

For expanding your aura,

For centering yourself in these challenging times that we have.

Make yourself comfortable.

Sit in a way that you can easily breathe into your belly.

Take a few deep breaths in and out.

With each in-breath,

New energy gets in all to yourself.

Breathing out everything that you don't need anymore.

Let's go.

Go with your focus and your attention to your heart chakra in the middle of your chest.

Focus on this area in the middle of your chest.

Your energetic,

Your spiritual heart.

And breathe in and out through this center.

With each in-breath and out-breath,

You sink deeper into your center.

And at the same time,

Feel,

Imagine how your aura,

How your energy expands.

You fill your whole body with serenity,

Peace,

Joy,

Contentment.

The feeling,

The vibration of stillness,

Peace expands.

It expands in all to yourself and around your body.

And it starts to fill the whole room.

If there are thoughts and emotions,

Don't give them attention.

Let them flow through.

Don't feed them.

Always go back to the center of your heart.

And to this inert stillness that is always with us.

Sink deeper and deeper.

Always come back,

Focus on your heart chakra.

This center in the middle of your chest.

Breathing into the center and breathing out.

Expanding your energy.

Feeling,

Imagining this peace,

Stillness.

Being centered and nurtured from your center.

Let the energy circle in your body.

Up the spine,

To your head,

Down front.

To your pelvis,

Into your feet.

Back up the spine,

Into your arms,

Your neck,

Your head.

Let the energy flow out between your eyebrows.

And the third eye.

And let this laser beam like energy flow out into the universe and coming a million times stronger back.

And lightening,

Lighten up your whole head with the crystal clear white energy flowing into all the cells of your body.

Cleaning,

Refreshing,

Energizing,

Vitalizing.

Keep your focus and attention on that point between your eyes,

Between your eyebrows.

And imagine how everything lightens up.

You are a lighthouse.

Being connected to the universe,

To all there is.

Nurtured by this energy.

Think deeper and steeper.

You are a lighthouse.

Take some deep breath.

Start to move your body.

Your hands,

Your feet,

Very slowly.

Be grateful to yourself for having taken time.

To center yourself,

To feel yourself and to feel that peace and stillness that is within you.

And being that lighthouse that shines into the world.

Being connected with the universe and earth.

And we end this meditation with a gong.

Thank you for having been and having shared this meditation with me.

Be well.
