The purpose of this meditation is to refocus and energize during the day.
We will start and end with a gong.
Make yourself comfortable and take a few deep breaths.
Breathing into the nose,
Breathing out through your mouth.
With the in-breath you take in fresh new energy and with the out-breath you let go of what is here now.
You are breathing into all your cells,
Fresh new energy and you focus your attention on your nose,
On your nostrils.
And you observe how the air is moving in and moving out.
Now you breathe in and out through your nose.
Thoughts may arise and like clouds they come and they go.
You focus,
You have your focus on the tip of your nose and you observe how the air is moving in and out.
Your whole body starts to relax,
To refresh.
With being conscious,
Consciously breathing,
Deep breath.
Now you breathe,
You move with your attention to your belly.
If you want you can also put your hands onto your belly.
You breathe deeply into your belly and you are breathing out of your belly.
Breathing energy,
Oxygen into your belly and in your pelvis.
Peace,
Stillness,
Energy.
And through deeply breathing into your belly,
Your whole body,
All your cells,
You expand.
You expand your energy,
You expand your energy fields.
Deep breathing,
Stillness,
Inner peace,
Serenity.
Revitalizing yourself.
Slowly,
Slowly you come back.
