Friend,

And welcome to Meditation Mondays.

I am so glad that you are here with me,

But I ask that if you are not in a space currently to be still for at least two to three minutes,

Please come back to this later when you have the time,

Space,

And energy to do so.

We're gonna be starting every week off together with setting intentions and grounding our energy for the week ahead.

So go ahead and find your comfortable seat.

And if you haven't already,

You can close your eyes.

We'll start with a few deep breaths together to ground our energy into the present moment.

Whenever you're ready,

Inhale in through the nose.

Exhale,

Sigh it out.

Again,

Inhale through the nose.

Exhale,

Sigh it out.

Ground deeper into your seat.

And imagine an energetic line shooting down into the center of the earth.

You are grounding your energy in this way,

Connecting with Mother Earth,

Transmuting all the negative energy that may be resting within that space and allowing Mother Earth to transmute it for you.

Allow yourself to ground deeper into the connection,

Into that divine light connection that you have right now with Mother Earth.

Allow a knowing that you are safe and secure in this space rush over you.

Now begin finding your way back,

Wiggling your toes,

Your fingers,

Feeling the presence of your pelvis on the floor or the bolster or pillow,

Feeling the heaviness of your being.

Let's take one deep inhale in together.

Exhale.

And whenever you're ready,

You can open your eyes.

Take in the beauty that is around you,

The colors,

And allow yourself to be just for another second.

Okay?
