Place your feet on the ground,
Spread your toes,
And feel yourself connecting with Mother Earth.
Close your eyes and switch on your most perfect breath.
With each exhale,
Feel yourself step aside.
And with your next exhale,
Bring your attention to your feet,
Where you begin to feel roots forming at the bottom of your feet.
With every exhale,
Feel those roots burrow into the earth.
Feel those roots begin to take hold in the center of the earth and allow yourself to let go.
On your next exhale,
Release any energy you are carrying that no longer serves you.
Feel that energy flow through your body and be absorbed with those roots in your feet.
If a random thought pops into your mind,
Feel that thought fall into your feet and be absorbed by those roots.
Breathe and let go of any concerns you are carrying.
Exhale and feel yourself grounding anything that isn't serving you.
Release.
Now,
Bring your attention back to your breath.
Begin to notice yourself returning,
Stepping into the present.
Wiggle your fingers.
Wiggle your toes.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes.
Be yourself free,
Grounded,
And present.
