This powerful meditation is focused on awakening and aligning your root chakra,
Which is located at the base of your spine.
The root chakra channels the earth's energy up to your higher centers.
When this energy point is blocked,
You will have feelings of fear,
Doubt,
Stress,
And a disconnect with Mother Earth.
When awake and aligned,
You will have feelings of abundance,
Stability,
Strength,
And a direct connection with Mother Earth,
Gaia.
I am Sylvia,
And I will be guiding you through the next few exercises.
As you begin this practice,
Please ensure to be undisturbed for the next 30 minutes so you may fully benefit from this healing meditation.
Know that you will have thoughts coming and going.
Welcome them without judgment.
Be kind to yourself.
Be patient.
Relax in the here and now.
Let's get started.
Find a comfortable seated position,
Preferably sitting on the floor or on a chair.
Now that you are in your comfortable space,
Gently close your eyes and notice the natural rhythm of your breath.
1 We will now begin with deep breathing.
Take a deep breath in,
Filling up your lungs and core.
Slowly exhaling the air right out.
Relaxing into this moment of peace and calmness.
Take another deep breath in,
Inhaling clarity,
Love,
Strength.
And exhaling slowly out your mouth.
Any burden,
Worry,
Anxiety.
Relaxing your body into this moment in the here and the now.
Relaxing your body into this moment in the here and the now.
Allowing our mind to relax from any thoughts.
Welcoming those thoughts and letting them go.
Take another deep breath in,
Inhaling filling up your lungs and chest.
And exhale,
Fully and slowly.
Take another deep breath in,
Visualizing yourself as a pillar,
Strong and grounded.
And exhale,
Relaxing yourself in this moment.
Continue to visualize yourself as a strong,
Tall pillar,
Unshakable,
Grounded,
Strong,
With mental clarity.
And exhale,
And take a deep breath in,
And exhale right out.
As you continue to visualize yourself as this pillar of strength,
Bring your awareness to your root chakra.
And take a deep breath in,
And slowly exhale.
This is a ruby red sphere at the base of your chakra.
Traveling down to your legs,
Your knees,
Down to your feet,
And out through the soles of your feet.
Traveling down to the center of the earth and anchoring yourself with Gaia.
Feel her energy of love and healing.
Ahhhh.

Relax into this moment and invite all the strong beautiful energy to fill your root chakra.
Visualize that red sphere coming back up,
Slowly making its way up your legs,
Knees,
Hips.
Up to your core,
To your heart center,
Through your throat chakra.
And out your crown chakra.
Into your energy field,
Surrounding and awakening your aura,
Cleansing and restoring.
Take another deep breath in,
Inhale the high frequencies coming from earth and from this red orb.
And exhale right out.
Bring your awareness back into your root chakra.
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
We're going to move deeper into this meditation now by listening to some sound frequencies that will attune your root chakra.
You may lie down or stay in the position you are in.
Slowly relax into this next meditation exercise.

Bring both hands up in gratitude and focus on what you have to be grateful for to Mother Earth.
And you can repeat after me or say these next affirmations in your mind.
I am grounded.
I love life and where I am at this moment.
I am safe in my environment.
I am safe outside of my environment.
I am stable.
I am divinely guided in my journey.
I experience abundance on a daily basis.
My connection with Mother Earth is strong.
Gently bring your hands back down.
And as you slowly come back into your environment,
Start wiggling your toes and your fingers and take your time during this process.
If you need to stay in this space longer,
Please do so.
Move your legs and arms.
Gently open your eyes.
And as you slowly come back into your environment,

As you move forward with your day,
Know that you always have a safe space.
