Welcome.
This is Pam Stoller.
Thank you for being here with me this morning.
Take a moment to get comfortable.
Close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Now clench your jaw and then relax it.
Pull your shoulders up to your ears and then let them drop and soften.
And begin to slow your breathing.
Settle in and take in your first impression of our words of wisdom for this session,
Attributed to author Brian Tracy.
Set peace of mind as your highest goal and organize your life around it.
Allow yourself to simply rest,
To open,
To be at ease for these next few moments.
And gently bring your awareness again to these words.
Set peace of mind as your highest goal and organize your life around it.
Place your attention on what brings you peace of mind.
Maybe it's when you're in nature.
Maybe when you are having downtime with your favorite person,
People,
Or pet.
Maybe spending time alone or with others doing something you love.
Take a few moments to visualize what brings you that feeling of peace,
Comfort,
Or quiet joy.
Feel what it feels like when you are in that peace of mind state.
Feel your muscles begin to relax with the recollection.
The feel-good chemicals in your brain beginning to spark.
You may even let yourself smile at memories of happy,
Peaceful times.
Set peace of mind as your highest goal and organize your life around it.
What would it look like to set peace of mind as your highest goal?
To see your peace of mind as the most valuable thing.
More valuable than possessions,
Physical appearance,
Career success,
Fame or validation,
Or trying to please others.
What would it look like to organize your life around it?
To prioritize your peace of mind,
Not only in your mind,
But also in your choices and actions.
Repeat aloud,
In a whisper,
Or silently,
The following.
I set peace of mind as my highest goal.
I protect my peace from others who would disturb it.
I make choices that honor my peace.
I make time for pastimes and people that bring me joy.
I set boundaries to protect my peace.
I go to that peaceful place in my mind when I need to.
I let go of things that limit or clutter my peace.
I say no to requests that compromise my peace.
I release feelings that disturb my peace.
I organize my life around pastimes and people I love.
I protect my peace like it's a precious jewel.
I prioritize my peace like it's my most valuable asset.
Peace of mind is my highest goal.
Peace of mind is my North Star.
In every decision I make,
In every relationship I choose,
In every opportunity that arises,
I consider how it aligns with my peace of mind.
And I choose the path that brings me peace.
May these words,
Like seeds,
Take root and grow in your mind and soul,
Continuing to nourish you today and all days.
Set peace of mind as your highest goal and organize your life around it.
As we close this practice and you move on with your day,
Know that you are safe.
You are whole.
You are on your path.
The universe is conspiring in your favor,
And all is well.
