Let's open our minds with a short relaxation.
From your position of comfort,
Let your body relax.
Allow yourself to become heavy.
Sink into the surface beneath you,
Knowing that it will support you fully.
You are safe.
This is your time.
There's nothing else that needs your attention right now.
Let your body soften.
Let your mind quiet.
Place your awareness on your breathing.
On your next in breath,
Try to slow it just a bit.
Then exhale.
Another slow in breath and try to slow your out breath just a bit.
Continue to breathe slow and steady,
Not thinking about it too much.
Let it be natural.
Let it be comfortable.
Feel the coolness of the in breath,
The warmth of the out breath.
On the in breath,
The fullness of your lungs from your belly into your chest and out again.
Release any tension or tightness in your muscles.
Release any thoughts that arise,
Blowing them away with your breath like bubbles on a breeze.
Allow yourself to simply rest,
To open,
To be at ease for these next few moments.
Gently bring your awareness back to these words.

Picture what you are waiting for,
Whether that be a relationship,
A child,
A job or promotion,
Financial stability,

Or another particular thing all your own.
See it in your mind's eye.
Now picture how you might look as you wake up each morning if you fully and completely trusted that what you are waiting for will come,
That the timing will be perfectly right for you,
And that the waiting itself is steeped in value.
What might your facial expressions,
The way you carry yourself look like if you fully trusted that the weight was right for you?
Picture it.
What decisions might you make differently if you knew that the weight was meant for you?
See them.
Picture how you might look as you lie down on your bed each night if you fully and completely trusted that the way to what you want is through the weight,
That the weight can hold you,
That the weight is inextricably united with the reward,
That both are part of your journey.
Feel what trusting the weight might feel like.
What does trust feel like?
That secure,
Certain knowledge that the timing of happenings in your life are coming to you through love,
Through wisdom,
Through divinity.
How do you feel in your belly when you know you can confidently trust the weight?
How do you feel in your chest,
In your heart space when you feel secure in that trust?
Do your shoulders begin to drop,
To relax?
Is your brow unfurrow?
Are you able to smile knowing that you can truly,
Fully trust the weight?

What is meant for me will come.

Firmly,
Press against the cocoon that surrounds you.
Feel it give.
Feel the strength of your new wings,
Stronger than the cocoon.
Stretch the walls.
Feel them cracking,
Giving way.
See the light begin to shine through the cracks,
Pale and watery at first,
Then becoming brighter,
Warmer.
Give one great stretch and your wings unfurl.
Your cocoon falls away,
Floats gently to the ground,
Having done its job.
With gratitude,
You watch it go.
Then,
You look toward the sun.
Open your strong,
Beautiful,
Colorful wings wide.
And begin to feel what enjoying the beauty of becoming might feel like.
Becoming feels like freedom.
Feel the joy of rising off the ground,
Wind under your wings,
Lightly floating on the breeze.

Feel the power of your wings as they press against the air and you rise higher and higher.
Becoming feels like peace.
Feel yourself gliding high above the earth,
Defying gravity.
You have broken free of that which has held you down.
You feel the quiet thrill of possibility,
Of authenticity,
Of harmonious alignment with who you truly are.

Expand your light beyond the earth into infinite space,
