This is the well-being rainbow meditation.

When you hear the bell it will signify the end of this meditation however you may choose to continue meditating.

Make sure that you are sitting in an open and upright position with your spine and head straight.

Shoulders back,

Gently close your eyes and relax your neck and shoulders,

Relax your forehead and temples.

Soften your cheeks and jaw and relax your tongue.

Now focus your attention on your breath,

Breathing in through your nostrils,

Down your throat,

Into your chest and all the way down to your belly and breathe out all the way from your belly up to your chest and throat and out through your nostrils.

And resume your normal breathing rhythm.

And now feel a wave of relaxation come over your body from your head to your toes.

Now take your awareness to the base of your spine.

Feel the base of your spine.

And feel a beautiful soft red glow there.

Now notice how this red glow moves through your body giving you a sense of calm and peace.

Completely immerse yourself in this beautiful red glow,

Noticing how it feels.

Now move your awareness to the space around your belly button.

And now begin to feel a soft orange glow there.

And really sense how the orange glow feels around your belly area.

And now the orange glow is moving throughout your body soothing you.

Calming you.

And now completely immerse yourself in this beautiful orange glow,

Really feeling it,

Relaxing.

Now shift your attention to your solar plexus,

The space between your chest and your belly.

And begin now to feel a soft golden yellow glow there.

And deeply sense how it feels.

The golden glow now moves effortlessly throughout your body.

Relaxing you.

Calming.

And soothing you.

And completely immerse yourself in this magnificent golden glow.

Feeling safe and relaxed now.

Now focus your attention on the area around your chest.

And begin to feel a beautiful emerald green glow there.

Really sense how it feels.

This emerald green glow now moves throughout your body.

Soothing you.

Calming.

And relaxing you.

And now immerse yourself now in this beautiful emerald green glow.

Now shift your awareness to your neck and throat.

And begin to feel a soft sky blue glow there.

And deeply sense how this feels.

This soft sky blue glow now moves throughout your body.

Soothing.

Calming and relaxing you.

Now completely immerse yourself in this soft blue glow.

Feeling completely safe and relaxed.

Move your awareness now to your forehead.

And begin to feel a soft indigo blue glow there.

A blend of blue and purple.

And really sense how it feels.

This soft indigo blue glow now moves throughout your body.

Soothing you.

Calming and relaxing you.

And now completely immerse yourself in this indigo blue glow.

Feeling safe and calm.

Bring your awareness now to the top of your head.

And begin to feel a magnificent soft light purple glow.

And really sense how it feels.

The light purple glow now moves throughout your body.

Soothing you.

Calming and relaxing.

Immerse yourself in this glow.

Feeling safe and calm.

Now blend all of the colors together.

And notice what the color is now.

And feel the glow of this color now moving through your body.

And feel the glow of this color now moving through your body.

And feel the glow of this color now moving through your body.

Now take a deep breath and begin to feel the weight of your body on the chair.

Or floor.

Wriggle your fingers and toes.

And facing down slowly open your eyes.

And have a stretch.
