Hi Pallabi I liked your pace and message, but it seems I must have misinterpreted the very goal of this exercise. When I started I was expecting some tips on inner motivation or time management skills to not procrastinate. However as the talk progressed, it seems you took breath meditation as current focus of task which usually we all procrastinate as other activities. I am still unclear about usage of breath meditation to avoid procrastination and would like to know where I could not connect dots together. Regards, Arpit
